Becoming A Bride For The LAMB (Part 5)

JESUS CHRIST, the LAMB of GOD, is actively pursuing a Bride for Himself from the midst of a fallen mankind that He has redeemed from the curse of sin and death [Gal 3:13; 1 Peter 1:18-19; Rom 8:2].

YESHUA is actively sanctifying and cleansing a ‘body of disciples[Matt 28:18-20] redeemed from the curse of sin and death, so that a Bride – holy and blameless – will stand before Him.

This Bride will be the product of His faith and love actualized [by grace in the inward parts of the Bride] through a washing of renewal and regeneration by the HOLY SPIRIT [Titus 3:5-7] with “the washing of water by the [Rhema] Word [Eph 5:26-27].

YESHUA’s faith establishes the Law [Rom 3:21-22, KJV; Rom 3:31] through the communication of the substance of His fullness [John 1:16-17, NASB/NKJV] into us; and, YESHUA’s love actualized in a heart of flesh fulfills the Law [Rom 13:14, 10; 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV].

His faith and love, communicated and manifested through the Testimony of JESUS expressed in the finished work of the Cross, is being brought into being in His Bride, by the HOLY SPIRIT [John 16:14].

This communication of YESHUA’s fullness comes into being through a washing of renewal and regeneration by the HOLY SPIRIT [Titus 3:5-7]. This washing of renewal and regeneration unfolds through “the washing of water by the [Rhema] Word [Eph 5:26-27]unfolding a spotless and blameless Bride, in fulfillment of the Law [Rom 8:2] in a heart of YESHUA’s flesh [2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; Ex 31:18; 32:16].

Scripture tells us that through His willing sacrifice, YESHUA became the LAMB that takes away the sins of the world [John 1:26-36; 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; 2 Cor 5:21].

All four Gospels describe the LAMB’s sacrifice in fulfillment of what is written in the Law [see Leviticus 1-7, 23; Numbers 28-29] and the Prophets [see Psalm 22 and Isaiah 53].

Hebrews 10:4-23 [NASB] points to YESHUA’s atoning sacrifice in the following words: < 4 For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins. 5 Therefore, when He comes into the world, He says, “Sacrifice and offering You have not desired, But a body You have prepared for Me; 6 In whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin You have taken no pleasure. 7 Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come (In the scroll of the book it is written of Me) To do Your will, O God.'” 8 After saying above, “Sacrifices and offerings and whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin You have not desired, nor have You taken pleasure in them” (which are offered according to the Law), 9 then He said, “Behold, I have come to do Your will.” He takes away the first in order to establish the second. 10 By this will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

11 Every priest stands daily ministering and offering time after time the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins; 12 but He, having offered one sacrifice for sins for all time, sat down at the right hand of God, 13 waiting from that time onward until His enemies be made a footstool for His feet. 14 For by one offering He has perfected for all time those who are sanctified.

15 And the Holy Spirit also testifies to us; for after saying, 16 This is the covenant that I will make with them After those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws upon their heart, And on their mind I will write them,” He then says, 17 “And their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.” 18 Now where there is forgiveness of these things, there is no longer any offering for sin.

19 Therefore, brethren, since we have confidence to enter the holy place [KJV/NKJV: ‘enter the holiest’] by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is, His flesh, 21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful >.

The Book of Hebrews points to four realities in which YESHUA actively ministers to us so that we can become a spotless and blameless Bride:

i.        In Hebrews 3:1, YESHUA is proclaimed as the Apostle and High Priest of our confession

ii.        In Hebrews 7:25, YESHUA is proclaimed as the One who ever lives to intercede for us

iii.        In Hebrews 9:15, YESHUA is proclaimed to be the Mediator of the New Covenant

iv.        In Hebrews 12:2, YESHUA is proclaimed as the Author and Perfecter of our faith.

Ephesians 5:25-32 points to the highest purpose of YESHUA’s ministry, the active pursuit and creation [Eph 2:10; 2 Cor 5:17-18a] of His Bride: < 25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, 26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, 27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. 28 So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. 29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church. 30 For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. 31 “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” 32 This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church. >

We need a revelation of this passage from Ephesians to be manifested in a circumcised heart of flesh in our inner man. From this passage, we can understand [see Heb 11:3a; Prov 9:10b, NASB] several things that are necessary ingredients to us becoming a Bride for the LAMB. These ingredients are GOD-given realities [revealed realities – Deut 29:29; Mark 4:22] that we should actively pursue in prayer [asking, seeking and knocking, by the SPIRIT; see Luke 11:9-13] with a view to actualizing [through His substance actualized] an understanding [that comes about in substance through faith authored and finished by YESHUA; see Heb 11:3a; 12:2a] that knows the HOLY ONE [see Prov 9:10b, NASB]:

The First Revelation

The first revelation we need to receive and develop in our inward parts is the reality that YESHUA loves the Church and gave Himself for her.

YESHUA’s gift of Himself [communicating His fullness – John 1:16-17, NASB/NKJV] to us is the exclusive basis to becoming His Bride. It follows that what YESHUA has given us we must receive and actualize in a heart of flesh. The result is a GOD-given understanding that knows the HOLY ONE.

This knowing comes out of the substance of YESHUA actualized by faith in Him [Heb 11:1, KJV/NKJV] – through the grace that YHWH has chosen to lavish us with [see John 1:16-17, NASB; Eph 2:8-10; 1:4-8, NASB]. This knowing in substance is given through a heart of His flesh [2 Cor 3:3, NKJV].

This heart of flesh carries the Covenant that YHWH has given through the gift of the SON. This heart of flesh is of the fullness of the SON, manifested in a heart of flesh that is the exclusive work of the HOLY SPIRIT. This heart of flesh will one day be consecrated into a Marriage Union, where two hearts become one flesh.

We need the FATHER to give us a Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, so that we each receive (from the FATHER’s Heart) this “inexplicable” reality [which is the Mystery] of CHRIST’s love for us. Ephesians 3:19 [NASB] declares that the Mystery of CHRIST’s love surpasses our knowledge forms and is the conduit by which we actualize the fullness of GOD in the Temple of our being [see John 14:23; Rev 21:9-11, 23]: < 19 and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God. >

We actualize YESHUA’s love by the SPIRIT’s work in our inward parts [see John 16:14; 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV]. This work in our inward parts, that revolves around the creation of a circumcised heart of [YESHUA’s] flesh [John 6:51], involves prayer by the SPIRIT that objectively pursues the revelation of the BELOVED [see Eph 1:17-23].

The revelation of the BELOVED from the FATHER’s Heart is the only means by which we develop and grow to become the Tabernacle of David [the Dwelling Place of YESHUA, the BELOVED].

The Tabernacle of David takes form in us and amongst us in the Root of David [as we are rooted in YESHUA, the BELOVED; Rev 22:16], as the Offspring of David [as we grow and develop as the fruit of YESHUA’s Body – see Ps 132:11-12, 7-18], having the Key of David [the Key of YESHUA, the BELOVED, in which stand the Keys of the Kingdom; see Matt 16:17-19; Rev 3:7-10], so that the Horn of David [see Ps 137:17, 11-17; the glory of YESHUA the BELOVED] will arise in us and amongst us, as we each unfold as the Dwelling Place of the BELOVED, giving us a dwelling place of rest [Ps 46:10-11] and refuge [Ps 91:1-2, 9], where we grow and develop [Gen 22:14; Ps 24:3-5; Ps 15:1-2] to become the Bride of the LAMB.

The Horn of David, speaks of the glory of the inward anointing [the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST – see 1 Cor 15:45 + Phil 1:19c] that communicates the strength, the power and the authority of YESHUA as we actualize the reality of Him as our BELOVED in our inward parts. The Horn of David is the unction of Kingdom Government that a Bride is predestined to stand in:

i.       2 Cor 5:21 [NKJV] declares: < 21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. > YESHUA became sin on our behalf so that in Him and through Him we might [actualize in our being the fullness of JESUS CHRIST (John 1:16, NASB/NKJV/KJV) and] become the righteousness of YHWH [through what we progressively actualize of the substance and witness of JESUS CHRIST].

ii.    Isa 53:4-7 [NASB] declares: < 4 Surely our griefs He Himself bore, and our sorrows He carried; yet we ourselves esteemed Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5 But He was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, and by His scourging we are healed. 6 All of us like sheep have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; but the LORD has caused the iniquity of us all to fall on Him. 7 He was oppressed and He was afflicted, yet He did not open His mouth; like a lamb that is led to slaughter, and like a sheep that is silent before its shearers, so He did not open His mouth. 8 By oppression and judgment He was taken away; and as for His generation, who considered that He was cut off out of the land of the living for the transgression of my people, to whom the stroke was due? > All the issues afflicting our inward parts [our spiritual condition] have been dealt with by Him [in Him and through Him]. And, we can actualize this freedom from sin and death and come to love YESHUA as the be all and end all of our lives, our BELOVED.

iii.    Ephesians 1:3-11, 22-23 [NASB] declares some of the awesome and incredible outcomes that YHWH has predestined for us – in CHRIST JESUS: < 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love 5 He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved. 7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace 8 which He lavished on us. In all wisdom and insight 9 He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him 10 with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. In Him 11 also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will …. 22 And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. >

The Second Revelation

The second revelation that we need is the reality of YESHUA sanctifying and cleansing His Bride with the washing of water by the Word (Gk: Rhema).

This washing [which takes place as we pray and worship by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS (Rom 8:2, 1-4, NKJV)] is the work of the HOLY SPIRIT who washes in a washing of renewal and regeneration [Titus 3:5-7] through the water of the Rhema Word [Eph 5:17]. The HOLY SPIRIT, whom the FATHER has poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, washes us [renews and regenerates us] with water by the Word in the power that works within us [Eph 3:20] in renewal and regeneration [which manifests and operates as power is energized by the HOLY SPIRIT, in the Witness of Spirit, Water and Blood within us] in order to build us and to accomplish with us, exceedingly abundantly beyond all that we ask or think. Prayer by the SPIRIT always involves thought flows in our heart [Matt 5:8; Ps 24:3-4; 15:1-2; Prov 21:1-2].

i.        Titus 3:5-7 [NASB] reads: < 5 He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7 so that being justified by His grace we would be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. >

ii.        In this washing of renewal and regeneration, through the Water with the Word, a Bride unfolds spotless, without wrinkle, holy and, without blemish (perfect). This Bride, which is in its entirety the product of YESHUA’s faith and love, is predestined to stand in glory, in the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets [Luke 24:44-45; Matt 5:17; Rev 21:9-11].

iii.    2 Cor 4:6-7 [NKJV] declares: < 6 For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. >

iv.        Revelation 21:9-11 [NKJV] declares: < 9 Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came to me and talked with me, saying, “Come, I will show you the bride, the Lamb’s wife.” 10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, 11 having the glory of God [Col 1:26-27; Eph 3:19]. Her light [John 8:12] was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal. >

The Third Revelation

The third revelation we need to come to grips with is that in this fulfillment, the Bride is a construct of YESHUA’s flesh and His bones.

Just as bones give structure to the human body, YESHUA’s bones give structure to the form of His Bride. And, YESHUA’s bones speak of His faith authored and perfected into the Bride [Heb 12:2a] that stands as a living and growing Body of His flesh and His bones.

His faith authored and perfected within us enables to be positioned and to walk into all that the FATHER has predestined for the Bride. His flesh is the Word become flesh, in His Testimony – His Words [see John 6:63; Luke 21:33] – established in hearts of flesh that are of His fullness [John 1:16-17, NKJV/NASB/KJV] which, unfolds us as peculiar Epistles of CHRIST [2 Cor 3:3, NKJV] that are of His flesh. Hearts of flesh speak of covenant relationship [Covenant intimacy] with YHWH through YESHUA that unveils each one of us as peculiar Epistles of CHRIST. In the near future this covenant relationship [intimacy] will be consecrated in a Marriage Union [where the two will become one flesh].

We are prepared as a Bride through hearts [that are of His flesh] being circumcised to carry the Name that is above every other name [Luke 2:21; Rom 2:28-29; Phil 2:9, 5-11]. This is the Name of our Husband.

In the name of YESHUA, through the functional dynamic of His Witness [1 John 5:10a, 7-8, NKJV] and His Testimony [Rev 19:10c], alive within us, by the HOLY SPIRIT [Rom 8:2, 1-4], the Bride will do the works of YHWH [John 14:12-14; 16:23-28], in the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets.

In the unveiling of the Bride in a Marriage Union, the Mystery of CHRIST [Col 1:26-28] will be brought into its highest fulfillment.

In the unveiling of the Bride, the Ministry of JESUS CHRIST will come into its predestined purpose of actualizing the stewardship of the Mysteries of GOD, from the inward parts of the Bride [1 Cor 4:1; 2 Cor 3:6, 4:6-7; Eph 1:9-11; 3:9-11] in a unity of being in oneness. As Ephesians 4:4-6 declares: < 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. >

We are perfected and completed in the fullness of JESUS CHRIST as we learn to live and function [in thought, word, deed and relationship] – by the HOLY SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS [as noted in Rom 8:2, 1-4].

The Bride of the LAMB is being wooed to carry the Name of Her Husband; whose Name is above every other Name!

There is no higher honor that the Church can actualize than the honor of carrying the revealed, testimonial reality of the Name of YESHUA MASHIAH in a circumcised heart that is entirely of His flesh!

Unfolding the testimonial reality of the Name in a Bride – through a heart of MASHIAH YESHUA’s Flesh – is the highest purpose of the Scripture.

In John 17:6a, 26, [NASB] YESHUA MASHIAH declares: < 6 “I have manifested Your name to the men whom You gave Me out of the world … 26 and I have made Your name known to them, and will make it known, so that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.” >

The creative revelation of YESHUA MASHIAH in us [Eph 2:10; 2 Cor 5:17; John 1:16-17, NKJV/NASB] is at the heart of the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets in our inward parts – both formatively [in our being created in CHRIST JESUS] and functionally [as we progressively learn how to function by the HOLY SPIRIT, in and through the fullness of CHRIST JESUS actualized in our inward parts, as noted in 2 Cor 4:16, 6-7, NKJV].

GBU in and by and through YESHUA’s love manifested, perfected and completed in you! Amen!

Becoming A Bride For The LAMB (Part 4)

In prior articles, we have said that the revelation of JESUS CHRIST as the BELOVED, unfolds in a heart of flesh [2 Cor 3:3; NKJV; Eze 36:26]. This revelation of the BELOVED has Davidic roots [see Acts 13:22b].

The heart of flesh that gives expression to the BELOVED is progressively circumcised by the HOLY SPIRIT [Rom 2:29] in fulfillment of the Law [Deut 30:6; Col 2:9-15].

This progressive fulfillment unfolds as the fullness of CHRIST JESUS is perfected and completed in us [John 1:16-17, NKJV/NASB; Gal 4:19] in a circumcised heart of flesh.

As we have said before a circumcised heart positions us to be a Bride for the LAMB.

A circumcised heart of flesh unfolds as we are perfected and completed in the fullness of JESUS CHRIST, as we learn to live and function [in thought, word, deed and relationship] – by the HOLY SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS [see Rom 8:2, 1-4] in an intimacy that knows YESHUA.

In the fullness of JESUS CHRIST revealed in a heart of flesh we develop the capacity to carry the Name of YESHUA.

It is fascinating to note that the Name YESHUA was given after the MESSIAH was circumcised. Luke 2:21 reads: < 21 And when eight days were completed for the circumcision of the Child, His name was called JESUS, the name given by the angel before He was conceived in the womb. >

Pointedly Romans 2:28-29 declares: < 28 For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh. 29 But he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that which is of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter; and his praise is not from men, but from God. >

The heart of YESHUA MASHIAH was circumcised in fulfillment of the Law [see Deut 30:6] in His death and resurrection. And, everything in YESHUA’s life was vindicated by YHWH when He was raised from the dead. Indeed as Romans 2:29c declares, YESHUA’s praise was not from men but was entirely from YHWH.

Philippians 2:5-11 declares that YESHUA, in being obedient to the point of death on the Cross, was bestowed with a Name above every other name: < 5 Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. 8 Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. 9 For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, 10 so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. >

The Bride of the LAMB is being wooed to carry the Name that is above every other Name! We are called to carry the Name that is above every other Name, in a circumcised heart of flesh, in which we know, and are able to see, YESHUA as the BELOVED.

We are called to carry the Name so that we can function in the Name.

There is no higher honor that the Church can actualize than the honor of carrying the revealed, testimonial reality of the Name of YESHUA MASHIAH in a circumcised heart that is entirely of His flesh!

In the reality of a circumcised heart of His flesh, YESHUA stands as the BELOVED in us, and amongst us.

This testimonial reality of the Name [see John 17:6a, 26] is to be perfected and completed into a heart of flesh; and this testimonial reality of the Name is prophetically called a Morning Star [2 Peter 1:19].

As Morning Stars we are blessed to be a blessing in YESHUA’s Name.

This Morning Star arising out of a heart of flesh will unfold as the Root of David and the Offspring of David [Rev 22:16] are developed and brought into being within us, by the HOLY SPIRIT [John 16:14].

The Root of David and the Offspring of David are prophetic manifestations of the Name – in intimacy, as we are rooted in the BELOVED, and become the Offspring of the BELOVED, who wants to be our Husband.

Ephesians 1:17-23 [NASB] declares: < 17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him [YESHUA – as defined in a heart of His flesh formed in us as noted in John 6:51 and 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV]. 18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened [manifested in the Light of Life as noted in John 8:12b and 2 Cor 4:6-7, NKJV], so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance [see Col 1:26-28] in the saints, 19 and what is the surpassing greatness of His power [which is the power meant to work within us as noted in Eph 3:20b] toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might 20 which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. 22 And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. >

The eyes of our heart being enlightened, as we are rooted in the BELOVED and develop as the Offspring of the BELOVED, is the state of being that is at the heart of both the apostolic and the prophetic formation of the Bride of the LAMB.

The Prophetic is proclaimed in 2 Peter 1:19, < 19 So we have the prophetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts. >

The Apostolic is proclaimed in Isaiah 60:3-5, < 3 “Nations will come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising. 4 “Lift up your eyes round about and see; They all gather together, they come to you. Your sons will come from afar, And your daughters will be carried in the arms. 5 “Then you will see and be radiant, And your heart will thrill and rejoice; Because the abundance of the sea will be turned to you, The wealth of the nations will come to you. >

The fulfillment of the Apostolic and the Prophetic, which is the living proclamation of the Law and the Prophets fulfilled, is proclaimed in Rev 21:22-26, < 22 I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. 23 And the city [see Rev 21:9-11, NKJV] has no need of the sun or of the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God has illumined it [see 2 Cor 4:6-7, NKJV], and its lamp is the Lamb [see 2 Peter 1:19; Rev 19:10c]. 24 The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will bring their glory into it. 25 In the daytime (for there will be no night there) its gates will never be closed; 26 and they will bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it >.

What YHWH is developing within us – in power, manifested out of the strength of the FATHERs Might – is in fulfillment of the Davidic Covenant [Ps 89:2-4, 20-37].

The Bride has Davidic roots. The Bride is rooted in the BELOVED and the Bride is the Offspring of David, the Body of His flesh, loved and nourished by YESHUA, so that we can come forth as YESHUA’s Bride [see Eph 5:28-30, NKJV].

Three “Kingdom” functional capacities flow out of our Davidic roots, in the form of the Davidic Kingdom Anointings: (i) the Priestly; (ii) the Prophetic; and, (iii) the Kingly.

These Kingdom functional capacities are progressive functional expressions of the Apostolic and the Prophetic bequeathed to the Body of MASHIAH, the Church that is fashioned out of His flesh and bones (see Eph 5:30, NKJV) – in fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets.

The prophet Isaiah [in Isa 9:6-7] proclaims some 300 years after David’s death and some 700 years before the advent of MESSIAH, that the MESSIAH, the Son of David, will be established on the throne of David: < 6 For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. 7 There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, To establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness from then on and forevermore. The zeal of the LORD of hosts [YHWH-SABBAOTH] will accomplish this. >

David prophesied of the cosmic dimensions of YESHUA’s position and authority that Ephesians 1:18-23 describes, in Psalm 110:1-2, < 1 The LORD [YHWH] says to my Lord [Adon]: “Sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.” 2 The LORD will stretch forth Your strong scepter from Zion [see Heb 12:22-24], saying, “Rule in the midst of Your enemies [Rev 11:15-17].” >

David also prophesied about a Bride’s response to MESSIAH the King in Psalm 110:3, < 3 Your people will volunteer freely in the day of Your power [John 17:26c; Eph 3:20, 19-21; John 14:12-15]; in holy array, from the womb of the dawn [2 Peter 1:19; Ps 24:3-10; 2 Cor 4:6-7], Your youth are to You as the dew [Ex 16:13c-14; understand that the Manna in the wilderness manifested when the Dew evaporated; John 6:48-51]. >

David also prophesied about the Bride being a priesthood of the Order of Melchizedek in Psalm 110:4, < 4 The LORD has sworn and will not change His mind, “You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.” >

Everything that unveils the Prophetic and the Kingly is entirely dependent [see Matt 7:21-23] on us being willing to be a Priesthood of the Order of Melchizedek.

Only a priesthood, with Davidic Roots, will have the capacity to connect with YHWH from its inward parts – by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS [Rom 8:2, 1-4, NKJV]; so as to be set free from the Law of Sin and Death.

Everything in the Law of CHRIST, His Commandments, can only be observed [obeyed] as we put on CHRIST, and walk by the SPIRIT, in a progressive circumcision of the heart. So, the Bride is a priesthood that understands the change of Law [see Heb 7:11-12, 28] that has taken place and, is able to put on CHRIST and walk in His commandments by the SPIRIT, in a pure heart that is of YESHUA’s flesh.

There are two pointers to the formation of the Bride from Romans 13:14 and Galatians 5:16 respectively:

  • 14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh in regard to its lusts.
  • 16 But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh.

To be a Bride we must function in our lives and ministries out of our priesthood that sanctifies us as the dwelling places of YHWH (see Ps 84:1-2). Only as the Dew evaporates will the Manna to feed the nations manifest in hearts of His flesh!

GBU in and by and through YESHUA’s love manifested, perfected and completed in you! Amen!

Becoming A Bride For The LAMB (Part 3)

We have said that the Bride will come forth in the understanding that we must, as the Body of CHRIST, be knit together in love.

This knitting together in love will come about in an actualization of the love of MASHIAH YESHUA for His Body, in our inward parts. Our love for one another will flow out of the actuality of YESHUA’s love manifested in us.

1 John 4:9 [YLT] declares that the manifestation of the love of GOD in us is through the gift of the only begotten SON: < 9 In this was manifested the love of God in us, because His Son – the only begotten – hath God sent to the world, that we may live through him >.

John 1:16 [NASB] declares: < 16 For of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace. >

John 3:16 [NKJV] declares that the love of GOD is communicated into us in the only begotten SON – through our faith in YESHUA MASHIAH: < 16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. >

This love in us is a manifestation that is of YESHUA’s flesh! [See John 6:51].

Ephesians 5:29-30 [NKJV] reads: < 29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church. 30 For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. >

Prophetically speaking, YESHUA’s love is actualized in a heart of [His] flesh.

Ezekiel 36: 25-27 [NKJV] speaks of this heart of flesh that unfolds after YHWH has given us a new heart and a new spirit: < 25 Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. 26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. >

This heart of flesh is called the Epistle of CHRIST in 2 Corinthians 3:3 [NKJV]. This Epistle in a heart of flesh is uniquely engineered in us by YHWH: < 3 clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart. >

We need to pray and worship by the SPIRIT for the love of YESHUA to be manifested (see John 16:14b) in a heart of flesh as often as we remember! “Remember Me”, He said!

As Ephesians 3:20 declares, YHWH will give us exceedingly abundantly, beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us.

This heart of flesh represents the essential reality in which YHWH communicates the fulfillment of the Law into our being. And, this comes about as the reality of YESHUA’s love is progressively realized in us and, expressed through us – from a heart that YHWH is creating (see Ps 51:10).

Love actualized from GOD in a heart of flesh [through prayer and worship in the SPIRIT] and, expressed in our daily living, is the fulfillment of the Law [1 John 4:9, NKJV; Rom 13:8, NKJV].

A heart of flesh, that is 100% the work of YHWH, prophetically flows out of Exodus 31:18 and 32:16, which declare: < 18 And when He had made an end of speaking with him on Mount Sinai, He gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God. 16 Now the tablets were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God engraved on the tablets. >

Now the basis of the fulfillment of the Law is the Covenant that YHWH progressively brings into being, in a living heart of YESHUA’s flesh, in us. The flesh of the LAMB forms the construct of Covenant in us. And, this Covenant, witnessed in the Blood of the LAMB, is the Word of the Oath that forms Blood Covenant.

The Word of the Oath is of YESHUA’s flesh, manifested in a heart of flesh – as Blood Covenant uniquely engineered by YHWH – within each one of us.

Hebrews 7:28 speaks of the Oath of YHWH that forms Blood Covenant: < 28 For the law appoints as high priests men who have weakness, but the word of the oath, which came after the law [in the actuality of the Law having been fulfilled in and by JESUS CHRIST – Matt 5:17], appoints the Son who has been perfected forever. >

The Covenant, actualized in a growing heart of flesh, is the love of YHWH actualized through JESUS CHRIST. It is the love of YHWH because the heart of flesh is entirely of JESUS CHRIST – of His Flesh, as the only Begotten SON, in the bosom of the FATHER (John 1:18)!

The HOLY SPIRIT circumcises our heart of flesh so that we will actualize the capacity to love YHWH with all of our heart and soul – in fulfillment of the Law, as prophesied by Moses the Law-giver.

  • Deut 30:6 [NKJV] points to this: < 6 And the LORD your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your descendants, to love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, that you may live. … 8 And you will again obey the voice of the LORD and do all His commandments which I command you today. >
  • Rom 2:29 [NKJV] reads: < 29 but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter ….. >
  • Col 2:11-15 [NKJV] reads: < 11 In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh [the fallen flesh of our carnality], by the circumcision of Christ [YESHUA’s Heart was circumcised in His death and resurrection, in fulfillment of the Law; and we appropriate the fulfillment in YESHUA’s Testimony by faith; hence our justification by faith in YESHUA], 12 buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. 13 And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, 14 having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us [thus qualifying us under the Law for a Marriage], which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. 15 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it. >

The circumcision of our heart qualifies us to enter into a Marriage Covenant with the LAMB, where two hearts will become one flesh! This one flesh binding tie will be in His Flesh!

In the Abrahamic Covenant, circumcision was the evidence of the Covenant (see Gen 17:11). Hence, in the New Covenant our circumcision by the SPIRIT is the evidence of Covenant. And, the evidence of our circumcision – as evidenced in a love for GOD through JESUS CHRIST [see Deut 30:6] – qualifies us for a Marriage. And, this is so, because we are circumcised in a heart that is of His flesh!

Colossians 2:2b [NKJV] tells us that our circumcision [which will also express us as members one of another] will be evidenced in our hearts < being knit together [as the Body of MASHIAH that YESHUA has justified by His love for us] in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ >.

The Marriage Union of the LAMB and His Bride takes place when the two are in a position to become “one flesh” [see Eph 5:30-32, NKJV]. Our circumcised heart that loves GOD, qualifies us for a Marriage with the LAMB.

In this reality of a circumcised heart of His flesh, YESHUA is addressed as ‘David’ – the ‘Well Beloved’, Our Husband!

All of our hearts must be a construct of YESHUA’s own flesh [see 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV] for us to qualify as His Bride.

The formation of our hearts in the flesh of the LAMB fulfills the Davidic Covenant that has the prophetic intent of unveiling each one of us as: < a man after My [YHWH’s] own heart, who will do all My [YHWH’s] will > [Acts 13:22c].

2 Corinthians 4:6-7, [NKJV] proclaims the highest reality of this Light of Life [see John 8:12] being manifested in us, in the following terms: < 6 For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us >.

For all this to come into fulfillment we must be objectively willing to pursue the reality of being knit together in love, as the Body of MASHIAH, through a heart of YESHUA’s flesh. The prophetic implications of this knitting together are simply astonishing!

We must pursue this knitting together, in order to realize the essential prophetic ingredient to the Mystery of GOD – YESHUA’s flesh – being perfected and finished through a one flesh tie in a Bride:< 2 that their [our] hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom [that defines every application of the Word of GOD that YHWH Fulfills prophetically – see Jer 1:11-12] and knowledge [that opens in revelatory insights manifested in a people prophetically sealed to be a Bride for the LAMB]. >

As John 1:16-17 [NASB] declares: < 16 For of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace. 17 For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ. > Amen!

And we are talking of grace realized in an astonishing plane of functional prophetic reality!

We are writing these articles so that you will be convinced that by a faith authored and finished by JESUS CHRIST, in a circumcised heart of flesh – grace upon grace – you can and will, by the SPIRIT, be a Bride.

Please be reminded once more that we will not become a Bride by practice of the Law; we will only be a Bride if we put on CHRIST and actualize the fulfillment of the Law in and through His substance and witness arising in a circumcised heart of YESHUA’s flesh – by grace through faith.

It will be impossible to become a Bride by practice of the Law. Because our righteousnesses are defined in the Prophets as filthy rags (Isa 64:6).

We become a Bride by grace, manifested and developed in the substance of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST, predestined over our lives [see John 1:16-17, NASB/NKJV/KJV].

We will become a Bride, grace upon grace – by the ministry of the HOLY SPIRIT [see John 16:14, 13-15] as YESHUA intercedes for His wife [see Heb 7:25c] even as He washes Her by the Washing with the Water of the Word [see Eph 5:25-27]! Isn’t this an incredible reality to walk into by grace, through faith in YESHUA MASHIAH.

For all this to come forth we must objectively reject legalism. People shut under the Law will never understand the power of YHWH’s love given to us by the SPIRIT, in the only begotten SON who is in the bosom of the FATHER (John 1:18).

As Romans 3:19-28, [NKJV] reads:

< 19 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

20 Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets [in fulfilled terms in the Testimony of JESUS – see Matt 5:17; Rev 19:10c],

22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ [KJV: faith of Jesus Christ!], to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference;

23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed,

26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? No, but by the law of faith.

28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law. >

Becoming A Bride For The LAMB (Part 2)

Prior to the sounding of the seventh angel, Revelation 10:7 declares: < 7 but in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, then the mystery of God is finished, as He preached to His servants the prophets. >

The Mystery of GOD being finished is tied to the Body of MESSIAH, < being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ > as noted in Colossians 2:2b [NKJV].

The Bride will come forth from a portion of the Body of MESSIAH that understands that it can be knit together in love. This comes about in an actualization of the love of MASHIAH YESHUA for His Body.

What is this love of JESUS CHRIST for His Body, and how do we understand its realization and actualization?

This love is of His flesh! Ephesians 5:29-30 [NKJV] reads: < 29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church. 30 For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. >

The Marriage Union of the LAMB and His Bride takes place when the two are prophetically positioned to become “one flesh” [see Eph 5:30-32, NKJV].

This ‘prophetic position’ is being referred to in Revelation 10:7b as: “then the mystery of God is finished, as He preached to His servants the prophets.”

In the attaining of this ‘prophetic position’ we become ‘stewards of the Mysteries of GOD’ [see 1 Cor 4:1c] – authenticated Ministers (Servants) of CHRIST.

We are authenticated in the glory of YHWH’s grace.

As Ephesians 1:6 [NASB] declares: < 6 to the praise of the glory of His [the FATHER’s] grace, which He [the FATHER] freely bestowed on us in the Beloved [JESUS our Husband]. >

Obviously this one flesh tie can’t be of our flesh! It must be of YESHUA’s flesh. In this reality of a heart of His flesh, YESHUA is addressed as ‘David’ – the ‘Well Beloved’, Our Husband!

There are three prophetic realities opened to us in ‘David’: (i) the Root of David [Rev 22:16]; (ii) the Offspring of David [Rev 22:16]; and (iii) the Key of David [Rev 3:7]. We will address these prophetic realities later on in this series.

All of our hearts must be a construct of YESHUA’s own flesh [see 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV] for us to qualify as His Bride.

This is why in the parable of the 10 virgins, the Bridegroom tells the five virgins who were left behind [in Matt 25:12b, NASB] : < ‘Truly I say to you, I do not know you’ >.

They were not of His flesh. The LAMB wasn’t their Lamp [see Rev 21:23c]; and, they had run out of the oil of His fragrance at the appointed time [see 2 Cor 2:14-16; Ex 27:20-21; 30:34-38].

It is of great prophetic significance that in 2 Corinthians 2:16c, the HOLY SPIRIT, speaking through Paul about the fragrance of JESUS CHRIST, poses a prophetic question: < And who is adequate for these things? >

So, who can qualify to be a Bride?

Because so many in the Body of MASHIAH are governed under the Law, so many in the Body of MASHIAH actually think that they cannot qualify [see Prov 23:7]. So the subject of being a Bride is rarely addressed from our pulpits.

And, when it is addressed, it is seen from the perspective of the Law that so many feel they will not make the grade! [After all how can I be a virgin Bride?]

The prophetic answer to the question of our being adequate for the formation of the Bride flows out of Ephesians 5:25-27 [NASB] : < 25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her [see 2 Cor 5:21], 26 so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, 27 that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless. >

The formation of hearts of flesh, unfold from a supernatural process of washing in renewal and regeneration. Renewal and regeneration are processes that are inherent to the process of the washing “of water with the Word”.

The washing “of water with the Word” is the Ministry of the HOLY SPIRIT. Titus 3:5 [NASB] explains: < 5 He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom He [the FATHER] poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7 so that being justified by His grace we would be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. >

It is in grace that this process of washing is opened to us.

Pointedly, John 1:16 [NKJV] tells that < 16 of His fullness we have all received [2 Cor 3:3, NKJV], and grace for grace [NASB: grace upon grace]. >

1 John 3:3 [NASB] unveils the prophetic consequence of our willingness to set our hope on JESUS the MESSIAH with these words: < 3 And everyone who has this hope fixed on Him [on JESUS CHRIST] purifies himself, just as He [JESUS CHRIST] is pure. >

Faith is the substance [Gk: hupostasis] of hope [Heb 11:1, NKJV].

If our hope is on YESHUA MASHIAH [persistently and continuously] then the substance of our hope will be of YESHUA. And, this is the essential meaning and reality of grace, opened to us by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS (Rom 8:2).

And, because of substance received through hope; hope in YESHUA purifies us as YESHUA is pure!

When we set our hope on YESHUA; by grace, the HOLY SPIRIT works the substance of YESHUA into us, making us spotless and blameless – progressively. Doing in us what the Law can never even begin to do.

[This is how a virgin Bride comes into being – progressively.]

Our purity is of the substance of YESHUA – perfected and completed into us.

The substance of YESHUA forms a heart of flesh within us [see 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV] – grace upon grace.

The subsequent verses to 2 Corinthians 3:3, in 2 Corinthians 3:4-6 [NASB], declare: < 4 such confidence we have through Christ toward God. 5 Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God, 6 who also made us adequate as servants [or, ministers – see 1 Cor 4:1 where we are called stewards of the Mysteries of GOD in a position that comes into being in hearts of YESHUA’s flesh] of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. 7 But if the ministry of death, in letters engraved on stones, came with glory, so that the sons of Israel could not look intently at the face of Moses because of the glory of his face, fading as it was, 8 how will the ministry of the Spirit fail to be even more with glory? >

We have now answered the prophetic question posed earlier: < And who is adequate for these things? >

Our adequacy to manifest the fragrance of JESUS CHRIST from hearts of flesh, and become a Bride for the LAMB, is 100% from GOD! See Ex 32:16 and 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV.

We receive by faith!

Faith forms in substance and YESHUA is the Author and Perfecter of our faith [Heb 12:2a].

The formation of our hearts in the flesh of the LAMB fulfills the Davidic Covenant that has the prophetic intent of unveiling: < a man after My own heart, who will do all My will > [Acts 13:22c].

This is the prophetic reason for the Bride of the LAMB: to be an actual people after GOD’s own heart, who will do all of His will!

This is why Revelation 21:11 [NKJV] describes the Bride as: < 11 having the glory of God. Her light [NASB: ‘Her Brilliance’] was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal. >

2 Corinthians 4:6-7, [NKJV] proclaims the reality of this Light of Life [see John 8:12] being manifested in us,in the following terms: < 6 For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us >.

Now we can better understand the Mystery of GOD finished in Revelation 10:7; what Colossians 2:1-3 [NKJV] opens to us in the Body MESSIAH; a Body, willing to pursue the reality of being knit together in love, through a heart of YESHUA’s flesh, to realize the essential prophetic ingredient to the Mystery of GOD – YESHUA’s flesh – being perfected and finished in a Bride:< 2 that their [our] hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom [that defines every application of the Word of GOD that YHWH Fulfills prophetically – see Jer 1:11-12] and knowledge [that opens in revelatory insights manifested in a prophetic people sealed to be a Bride for the LAMB]. >

As John 1:16-17 [NASB] declares: < 16 For of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace. 17 For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ. > Amen!

We are writing these articles so that you will be convinced that by a faith authored and finished by JESUS CHRIST, you can and will be a Bride.

We will not become a Bride by practice of the Law; we will only be a Bride if we put on CHRIST and actualize the fulfillment of the Law in and through His substance and witness. HE is the Bread of Life. HE is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

We will not become a Bride by practice of the Law; but by grace, manifested and developed in the substance of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST predestined over our lives, grace upon grace – by the ministry of the HOLY SPIRIT [see John 16:14, 13-15]!

As Romans 3:19-28, [NKJV] reads: < 19 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. 20 Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin. 21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. 27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? No, but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law. >

Becoming A Bride For The LAMB (Part 1)

We just completed a 14-part series on “Getting to Grips with the Fullness of JESUS CHRIST”.

In this series on “Becoming a Bride for the LAMB”, we will identify some prophetic keys to the development of the Bride of the LAMB. The central Key to becoming a Bride arises in the Key of David which we will discuss in the course of developing this series on the Bride.

There are many in the Body of MESSIAH who are expecting a Global Revival in the near future.

This series is being developed so that the coming revival will not only be a display of the power to evangelize with signs and wonders flowing from a full array of the power gifts; but, necessarily the revival will concurrently be rooted in the consecration and the maturing of a people of GOD who understand that they need to be set apart unto the LORD to be a Bride for the LAMB.

As YESHUA warned us in Matthew 7:21-23 [NKJV], < 21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders [NASB: miracles] in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Something pivotal takes place at the sounding of the seventh trumpet during the period of the tribulation. Revelation 14:15-19 declares: < 15 Then the seventh angel sounded … 19 And the temple of God which is in heaven was opened; and the ark of His covenant appeared in His temple …. >

Prior to the sounding of the seventh angel, Revelation 10:7 declares: < 7 but in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, then the mystery of God is finished, as He preached to His servants the prophets. >

[Please be reminded that in 1 Corinthians 4:1 we are called servants [ministers] of CHRIST and stewards of the Mysteries of GOD. Developing into stewards of the Mysteries of GOD is part and parcel of the fulfillment of the Prophets.]

The Mystery of GOD being finished [just before the 7th angel sounds] is tied to the Ark of the Covenant appearing in the Temple in heaven [after the 7th angel sounds].

How do we understand the Mystery of GOD being finished?

Colossians 2:1-3 [NKJV] gives us insight on the Mystery of GOD:< 2 that their [our] hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom [that defines every application of the Word of GOD that YHWH Fulfills prophetically – see Jer 1:11-12] and knowledge [that opens in revelatory insights manifested in a prophetic people sealed to be a Bride for the LAMB]. >

The Mystery of GOD being finished is tied to a people “whose hearts are knitted together in love, attaining to all the riches of the full assurance of understanding [Prov 9:10 declares that understanding is knowing the HOLY ONE; this is a knowing in the intimacy of His love perfected and completed into us], to the knowledge of GOD, both of the FATHER and of CHRIST, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom [unveiling the application] and knowledge [unveiling insight].”

This is why Revelation 11:15 reads: < 15 Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying [proclaiming and declaring prophetically], “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms [NASB: the kingdom] of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” >

When a Bride is consecrated in a unity of love [love for the brethren actualized from the heart of YESHUA and, consecrated for a Marriage Union with the LAMB, because of our love for the brethren] then YHWH will destroy evil and will then manifest His rule over the nations with the 2nd coming of the MESSIAH. The 2nd coming of ADONAI YESHUA will herald the actual establishment of the Kingdom of GOD amongst the nations of the earth.

As Revelation 11:16-18 declares: < 16 And the twenty-four elders who sat before God on their thrones fell on their faces and worshiped God, 17 saying: ” We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty, The One who is and who was and who is to come, because You have taken Your great power and reigned. 18 The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints, and those who fear Your name, small and great, and should destroy those who destroy the earth.” >

The sounding of the 7th Trumpet will herald the destruction of evil as evidenced in the ‘Bowl Judgments’ that follow after the 7th trumpet. The Mystery of GOD being finished prior to the sounding of the 7th Trumpet proclaims the sealing of the Bride of the LAMB. The appearance of the Ark of Covenant in heaven unfolds an event of humongous prophetic significance: the sealing of a leadership of priests, prophets and kings, in fulfillment of the Davidic Covenant.

The implications of this prophetic event to us, is that we must choose to develop a desire to become a Bride for the LAMB.

But, how exactly do we become a Bride?

The 1st prophetic key to becoming a Bride of the LAMB is to actualize a revelation of YESHUA’s love in our hearts; specifically in hearts of flesh that are circumcised by the HOLY SPIRIT, to manifest the fragrance of YESHUA from our hearts – before the FATHER.

The 2nd prophetic key to becoming a Bride for the LAMB is to express the love of YESHUA towards our brethren in the Body of MESSIAH.

Actualizing YESHUA’s love and then expressing it towards our fellow Christians, across the many barriers of our many divisions, even towards those we have separated from in the past, is the necessary prerequisite to becoming a Bride.

The Law of CHRIST defines some of the demands of JESUS CHRIST over His Bride.

  • In Matthew 5:21-24 [NASB], YESHUA declares: < 21 “You have heard that the ancients were told, ‘You shall not commit murder‘ and ‘Whoever commits murder shall be liable to the court.’ 22 “But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother shall be guilty before the court; and whoever says to his brother, ‘You good-for-nothing,’ shall be guilty before the supreme court; and whoever says, ‘You fool,’ shall be guilty enough to go into the fiery hell. 23 “Therefore if you are presenting your offering at the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, 24 leave your offering there before the altar and go; first be reconciled to your brother, and then come and present your offering. > YESHUA is declaring that there is no justification for our offences with/towards our brethren, because we are (definitively) members one of another. In 1 Cor 11:29, we are commanded to “discern the LORD’s Body” prior to the celebration of the LORD’s Supper.
  • In Matthew 5:43-48 [NASB], YESHUA declares: < 43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, 45          that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? 47 And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? 48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect. >

Please do not see these verses on the Law of CHRIST through Law; but understand that these realities unfold as CHRIST is formed in us – in substance and witness, perfected and completed into us – by the HOLY SPIRIT.

The Law of CHRIST points to what YHWH can accomplish with us as CHRIST is formed in us, through the ministry of the HOLY SPIRIT [Ex 31:18; 32:16; 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; Jer 31:33-34; Eze 36:25-27].

Shalom Brethren. Be blessed to be a blessing! Amen!

Getting To Grips With The Fullness Of JESUS CHRIST (Part 14)

We have in Part 12 and 13 of this series on the fullness of JESUS CHRIST, established that the Ark of YHWH is YESHUA MASHIAH.

The Ark is carried through the fullness of MASHIAH YESHUA being manifested in the inward parts of the Body of MASHIAH (CHRIST), the work of the HOLY SPIRIT in fulfillment of the FATHER’s will.

In fact, Ephesians 1:22c-23 (KJV) defines the Body of CHRIST as being of MASHIAH YESHUA’s fullness: < 22 … the church, 23 which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all. >

Colossians 1:19-20 (KJV) declares: < 19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; 20 and, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. >

Ephesians 3:18-19 (NKJV) declares: < 17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height — 19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. >

These three verses give prophetic perspective to YESHUA MASHIAH being the Ark of YHWH.

The Body of CHRIST carries the Ark so as to communicate the fullness of YESHUA MASHIAH, which belongs to us by grace, through faith, fashioned and formed in Blood Covenant – to communicate His fullness into all in all. This realm of fulfillment is predestined for a Bride.

The Body of MASHIAH carrying the fullness of MASHIAH YESHUA has to make the choice to put on CHRIST, to become a Bride for the LAMB, by being overcomers [see Rev 2-3].

Revelation 12:11 declares prophetically that we overcome by: (i) the Blood of the LAMB [alive in us by Witness (see 1 John 5:10a, 8) declared to be faithful and true (see Rev 3:14b)] and, (ii) the Word of our Testimony [which, gives specific functional expression to the Epistle of CHRIST in each one of us (see 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV)].

The testimony that stands in the inward parts of the overcomer declares: < and they loved not their lives unto the death > [see Rev 12:11c].

In Part 13, we came to understand that the contents of the Ark [see Heb 9:3-4] are personal to every disciple of JESUS CHRIST, who is being uniquely defined as an Epistle of CHRIST [see 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV].

The contents of the Ark of YHWH that unfold the Bride are described [in Hebrews 9:3-4] as:

  1. the Jar of Manna
  2. the Tables of the Covenant; and,
  3. Aarons Rod that Budded

The prophetic, functional manifestation of the fullness of CHRIST JESUS in the inward parts of the Bride [see John 1:16-17, NASB/NKJV/KJV] unfolds as:

  1. The revelation of the Mystery of CHRIST [prophetically symbolized by the Jar of Manna in the Ark – see John 6:49, 48-51] unfolds in hearts of flesh that define us each as unique Epistles of CHRIST. In the Marriage of the LAMB the ‘two’ shall become one flesh [see Gen 2:22-24; Eph 5:31-32]. This will be a knitting together of two hearts – the LAMB and the Bride – ‘in one flesh’, which is, the flesh of the LAMB [see John 6:51-58]. Ephesians 5:25-32 [NKJV], declares: < 25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, 26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, 27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. >
  2. The formation of Blood Covenant [from revelation received as prophetically symbolized in the Jar of Manna] in hearts of flesh, establishes us as unique Epistles of CHRIST [prophetically symbolized by the Tables of Covenant in the Ark] able to function in Blood Covenant – by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS [see Rom 8:2] before the FATHER [see Gen 17:1-2, 7-10a, 13c].
  3. The capacity of functioning in Blood Covenant is brought to fulfillment [through revelation and Covenant formation] through the Witness of JESUS CHRIST [Rev 3:14b; 1 John 5:10, 7-8, NKJV], faithful and true, in Spirit, Water and Blood [prophetically symbolized by Aarons Rod That Budded in the Ark] being progressively developed in functional terms within us and amongst us [John 17:13-14; 20-23, 24-26].

This entire plan of development in the inward parts of the Body of CHRIST is exclusively the work and ministry of the HOLY SPIRIT [John 16:14-15; 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; Ex 31:18c; 32:16].

[Note: the Finger of GOD mentioned in Ex 31:18, points to the exclusive work of the HOLY SPIRIT. Compare Luke 11: 20 with Matthew 12:28 to understand this.]

There is a great revival coming and may even now be upon us. The intent and design of this revival is not merely experiential but it is meant to be definitive in the inward parts, unveiling a Bride sold out on YESHUA from its inward parts, being created out of His fullness – the work of the HOLY SPIRIT.

This Bride, the wife of the LAMB [see Rev 21:9c], will be fully functional by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS, in a freedom and liberty from the Law of Sin and Death [see Rom 8:2].

Brethren a spotless and blameless Bride must stand and testify among the nations to prove the Testimony of YESHUA [Rev 19:10c]. We are after all the Body of MASHIAH brethren!

The heart of the prophetic that unfolds the ultimate purposes of YHWH is the Testimony of JESUS that unveils the Bride for the Glory of the FATHER.

Hence Revelation 21:11 declares: < 9 Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came to me and talked with me, saying, “Come, I will show you the bride, the Lamb’s wife.” 10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, 11 having the glory of God. Her light was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal. >

We have now defined the prophetic building blocks of the wife of the LAMB from the contents of the Ark of YHWH.

We will speak of the development of the Bride of the LAMB in the next segment of this series on the Fullness of JESUS CHRIST.

Glory be to YHWH in the Highest! Amen!

Be blessed to be a blessing! Amen!

Getting To Grips With The Fullness Of JESUS CHRIST (Part 13)

Part 12 introduced the prophetic reality that: the Ark of the Testimony; the Ark of the Covenant; the Ark of the Name; and, the Ark of YHWH’s Might, fulfilled in JESUS CHRIST, are all prophetic expressions of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST.

In this light, what John 1:16 declares: < Of His Fullness we have all received grace upon grace > points to awesome prophetic potentials opened to the Body of MASHIAH, as we progressively actualize (by the HOLY SPIRIT – John 16:14; Rom 8:2) the fullness of JESUS CHRIST, in substance [Gk: ‘hupostasis’] and witness [Gk: ‘marturia’], hardwired into our inward parts according to the call of YESHUA over us, in fulfillment of the FATHER’s Will [Heb 1:3b].

[The easiest way to actualize this hardwired reality in our inward parts is to learn to pray the Word of GOD, by the SPIRIT, into our inward parts. An understanding of the Word in the Testimony of YESHUA is a prerequisite to realizing this prophetic potential in our inward parts. See the sequence of Scripture in Ex 25:16, 21-22; Ex 31:18; 32:16; 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; Rev 19:10c; 1 John 5:7-8, 10-12, 13-16, 20, NKJV that unfolds the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets in hardwired specifics manifested in our inward parts in the Mystery of JESUS CHRIST specific to our state of being.]

How exactly is the fullness of JESUS CHRIST opened to, and developed in, the Body of CHRIST?

In the substance and witness of YESHUA’s fullness actualized in our inward parts, by the HOLY SPIRIT [John 16:14; Eph 3:3, NKJV; 1 Cor 2:10] we are created and developed to become the growing, Body of YESHUA’s Fullness. Amen [see Rev 3:14b; John 1:16-17; 2 Cor 3:17-18; 4:6-7]!

What is communicated in substance and witness into us is prophetically (and dynamically) symbolized by the contents of the Ark of YHWH. The contents of the Ark give dynamic, prophetic expression to the limitless provision of YHWH that is to be channeled through the Body of MASHIAH into the creation in the Testimony of JESUS.

The contents of the Ark explain the prophetic depth to the actualization and development of the fullness of MASHIAH YESHUA in our inward parts; in the collective of the Body of MASHIAH becoming a Priesthood of Believers, called to exercise faith in YESHUA and progressively actualize the reality of becoming Priests of the Order of Melchizedek, entrusted with stewardship of the Mysteries of YHWH [1 Cor 4:1], in the power of an indestructible life [see Heb 7:11-19; 2 Cor 12:9] actualized from YESHUA [John 1:16-17].

The fullness of JESUS CHRIST defines the functional prophetic dynamic of the Church as the Body of MASHIAH created to function in the Name of YESHUA MASHIAH [see Eph 1:22-23; 2:10 and Eph 3:19, 16-21].

  • Ephesians 1:22-23; 2:10 declares: < 22 … the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. … 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. >
  • Eph 3:16-19 declares: < 16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, 19 and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God. >

The “breadth and length and height and depth” mentioned in Ephesians 3:18 describes the prophetic dimensions of the Ark of YHWH that the Body of MESSIAH is appointed to carry and express – in and through the fullness of MASHIAH YESHUA progressively developed and expressed in its being – in eternity.

In the fullness of MASHIAH manifested in us as Epistles of CHRIST [2 Cor 3:3, NKJV] we are appointed to be filled up to all the fullness of God and actualize every promise of the Scriptures in fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets.

The ultimate expression of this is described in Revelation 21:9-11, < 9 Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came to me and talked with me, saying, “Come, I will show you the bride, the Lamb’s wife.” 10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, 11 having the glory of God. Her light was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal. >

This Bride is the Ark of YHWH.

The contents of the Ark of YHWH that unfold the Bride is described [in Hebrews 9:3-4] as:

1)    the Jar of Manna

2)    the Tables of the Covenant; and,

3)    Aarons Rod that Budded.

1)    The Jar of Manna represents revelation knowledge manifested in the flesh of the LAMB. In John 6:48-53, YESHUA declares: < 48 “I am the bread of life. 49 “Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died. 50 “This is the bread which comes down out of heaven, so that one may eat of it and not die. 51 “I am the living bread that came down out of heaven; if anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread also which I will give for the life of the world is My flesh.” > The flesh of the LAMB communicate revelations that stand behind the Veil of YESHUA’s Flesh [Heb 10:19-20]; unveiling the stewardship of the Mysteries of GOD [1 Cor 4:1; Rev 10:7; Deut 29:29; Mark 4:22] to the Body of MASHIAH. The principal revelation that opens the Mysteries of GOD to the Body is the Mystery of CHRIST [Col 1:26-27; Eph 3:3-4, 8-11; 1 Cor 4:1] manifested in living Epistles of CHRIST [2 Cor 3:3, NKJV] who are called to be Servants (Ministers) of CHRIST [1 Cor 4:1].

2)    The Tables of the Covenant represent Blood Covenant framed from revelation knowledge into circumcised hearts of flesh that GOD is developing in our inner man [2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; Rom 2:29]. In the creation of our hearts of flesh we become Ministers of CHRIST, Ministers of the New Covenant [2 Cor 3:6, 3-6] who operate through the Veil of YESHUA’s Flesh [Heb 10:19-20]. The formation of the tablets of our heart are the exclusive work of YHWH [Ex 31:18; 32:16; Jer 31:33-34; Eze 36:26; 2 Cor 3:3]; the actualization of the dynamic of the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets [Matt 5:17; Deut 30:6] in deeply personal terms in and from our inward parts.

3)    Aaron’s Rod that Budded is the Faithful and True Witness of YESHUA [foreshadowed in Num 17:7-10, where Aaron’s Rod budded in the Tabernacle of Witness (see 1 John 5:10, 7-8, NKJV)], the Amen, the Beginning of the Creation of GOD [Rev 3:14b]. The Faithful and True Witness of YESHUA stands in the inward parts of every born-again child of GOD in Spirit, Water and Blood [1 John 5:10a; 7-8, NKJV; John 17:26c] so that we can minister from the Secret Place of the Most High GOD, through the Veil of YESHUA’s Flesh. This prophetic reality was foreshadowed in Numbers 17:3-8 when Aaron’s Rod Budded in the Tabernacle of Witness (Testimony). Numbers 17 reads: < 3 And you shall write Aaron’s name on the rod of Levi. For there shall be one rod for the head of each father’s house. 4 Then you shall place them in the tabernacle of meeting before the Testimony, where I meet with you. 5 And it shall be that the rod of the man whom I choose will blossom; thus I will rid Myself of the complaints of the children of Israel, which they make against you.” 6 So Moses spoke to the children of Israel, and each of their leaders gave him a rod apiece, for each leader according to their fathers’ houses, twelve rods; and the rod of Aaron was among their rods. 7 And Moses placed the rods before the LORD in the tabernacle of witness. 8 Now it came to pass on the next day that Moses went into the tabernacle of witness, and behold, the rod of Aaron, of the house of Levi, had sprouted and put forth buds, had produced blossoms and yielded ripe almonds. >

We can clearly see that the contents of the Ark of YHWH belong to the Body of MASHIAH through the communication of the fullness of MASHIAH YESHUA, prophetically foreshadowed in the contents of the Ark, into our inward parts.

Now we have insight into Revelation 11:15-19 which reads: < 15 Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” 16 And the twenty-four elders who sat before God on their thrones fell on their faces and worshiped God, 17 saying: ” We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty, The One who is and who was and who is to come, Because You have taken Your great power and reigned. … 19 Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail. >

The Ark of the Covenant appearing in the Temple in Heaven points to YESHUA and His Bride [see Matthew 25:1-13 and compare with Luke 12:35-40]. We are living in very exciting times. There is a revival coming that will yield a rich harvest and unfold a Bride for the LAMB. Amen!

Getting To Grips With The Fullness Of JESUS CHRIST (Part 12)

The fullness of JESUS CHRIST – expressed in substance [Gk: hupostasis] and witness [Gk: marturia], by the HOLY SPIRIT [John 16:14] – is the prophetic conduit of all fulfillment, in the FATHER’s will [John 16:15]:

  • Colossians 1:17-20 [NKJV] declares: < 17 And He [YESHUA] is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence. 19 For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, 20 and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross. >.
  • Ephesians 1:23, points to the fullness of JESUS CHRIST [defining His Body &] filling all-in-all.
  • Ephesians 4:13 [NKJV], points to the necessity that: < 13 … we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ >.

The Old Testament points to prophetic realities of the Ark of YHWH [2 Sam 6:2] that the fullness of JESUS CHRIST brings into fulfillment – progressively. In the Old Testament the Aaronic priesthood was appointed to carry the Ark [Deut 10:8].

Hebrews 7:11-17 points to a change in the priesthood according to the power of an indestructible life actualized by YESHUA MASHIAH. It follows that with the change of the Order of Priests, the New Testament is declaring that a priesthood of the Order of Melchizedek (arising out of the Body of MESSIAH) is appointed to carry the Ark of GOD – by the SPIRIT, CHRIST JESUS [Rom 8:2].

We participate in carrying the Ark of YHWH (2 Sam 6:2) in the fullness of JESUS CHRIST actualized in our inward parts (John 1:16; 17:6a, NASB/KJV; 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; Jer 31:31-34)!

The Old Testament points to four prophetic realities of the Ark of YHWH that the fullness of YESHUA MASHIAH unveils and expresses, to achieve the prophetic intents of the FATHER’s Heart. The prophetic scope of the FATHER’s Heart is unveiled as the Ark of YHWH by the HOLY SPIRIT (1 Cor 2:10), in and through the fullness of the only begotten SON ‘prophetically expressed’ in the bosom of the FATHER (John 1:18; Heb 1:3b; Jer 1:11-12)]:

  • The Ark of the Testimony: YESHUA MASHIAH is the Ark of YHWH’s Testimony [Ex 25:16; Col 2:9; Eph 3:19, 16-19]. Hence the declaration [in Rev 19:10c] that the Testimony of YESHUA is the Spirit of Prophecy. We are partakers in and expressions of the Testimony of YESHUA as Epistles of CHRIST [2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; Ex 25:16; 31:18; 32:16] and, as Ministers [Servants] of CHRIST [1 Cor 4:1; Deut 10:8; 2 Chron 6:41], stewards of the Mysteries of GOD [1 Cor 4:1; Rev 10:7]. The life-giving Spirit of YESHUA MASHIAH [1 Cor 15:45 + Phil 1:19c] is the Spirit of Prophecy that gives fulfilled expression to the Testimony of YHWH [Heb 1:3b, 3; Isa 49:8, 1-8]. The Spirit and Life of YESHUA communicates the Testimony of JESUS as the basis and framework of the prophetic; unveiling us as functioning Morning Stars in the fullness of YESHUA the Bright Morning Star [2 Peter 1:19; Rev 22:16].
  • The Ark of the Covenant: YESHUA MASHIAH is the Ark of YHWH’s Covenant [Deut 10:8; Luke 22:20; Gen 14:17-19; Heb 1:3b, 3]. Hence the declaration [in Isaiah 49:8] that the MESSIAH is given as YHWH’s Covenant to restore the earth [John 3:16; 1:16-18; Isa 49:6-8]. The Covenant is formed and written [Exodus 32:16; 2 Cor 3;3, NKJV] into [circumcised] hearts of flesh [Jer 31:33-34; Eze 36:25-27; Deut 30:6, 8; Rom 2:28-29] sealed in the Blood of the LAMB [Luke 22:20; Col 1:19-20]. This Covenant progressively unfolds as we develop as Epistles of CHRIST [2 Cor 3:3, NKJV]. This Covenant expresses the FATHER’s love inscribed in the SON so that we can be filled to all the fullness of GOD [John 3:16; Eph 3:19] and give actual expression to the functional dynamics of Blood Covenant.
  • The Ark of the Name: YESHUA MASHIAH is the Ark of YHWH’s Name [2 Sam 6:2, 9; John 17:6, 26]. Hence the declaration by YESHUA that He has and will manifest the Name of GOD [YHWH] to those whom YHWH had given Him [John 17:6a, 26]. He would accomplish this as: < I in them > [John 17:26c] through Testimony and Covenant fashioned into our inward parts; and, made operational by the SPIRIT in a functional Witness [in Spirit, Water and Blood – 1 John 5:8, 7-10, NKJV] faithful and truethe Beginning of the Creation of GOD [Rev 3:14b].
  • The Ark of YHWH’s Might: YESHUA MASHIAH is the Ark of YHWH’s Might [2 Chron 6:41, NASB]. YESHUA was raised from the dead in the strength [Gk: Ischus] of the FATHER’s Might [Gk: Kratos] [Eph 1:19-20, NASB] and is seated at the right hand of the FATHER. Solomon [in 2 Chron 6:41, NASB] proclaimed the prophetic reality in which YHWH arises to His Resting Place, together with the Ark of His Might – His SON [Ps 110:1-7; Prov 30:4]! Ephesians 2:4-7 declares: < 4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. > Where YESHUA is, is where we are positioned [Ps 91:1; Heb 12:22-24] according to the fullness of MASHIAH YESHUA we have actualized in our inward parts [John 1:16-17] in accordance with YHWH’s predestined will and purpose for each one of us.

The fullness of YESHUA points to awesome realities that the Body of MASHIAH is appointed to progressively actualize in the merits of the LAMB.

[All of the prophetic unfolds its abiding realities in and through the fullness of YESHUA (Heb 1:3b; Col 1:17-20)].

The prophetic is not just a position, a promise, an anointing, a gifting or, on outpouring; it is [and must be] YESHUA unveiled in us to actualize appointed positions, promises, anointings and, gifting’s in the eternal and the abiding [John 15:4-11, 16].

The prophetic is YESHUA expressed [in His fullness, in substance and witness] that is the outpouring [and outworking] of the SPIRIT that expresses the FATHER’s Heart; because Scripture declares that YESHUA’s fullness must fill all-in-all [Eph 1:23] and, He must fill all things [Eph 4:10] in fulfillment of the FATHER’s Will!

Scripture declares [in Col 1:17, NKJV] that YESHUA is before all things and in Him all things ‘consist’ [NASB: ‘hold together’].

[Clearly, YESHUA is the Gift [we are called to actualize and express] that fulfills the Law; defines biblical principle (through substance and witness); defines by Witness and Testament every function in the HOLY SPIRIT and, YESHUA is the exclusive basis of the prophetic that unfolds the eternal and the abiding (John 14:6; Rev 19:10a).]

Getting To Grips With The Fullness Of JESUS CHRIST (Part 11)

Colossians 3:17 instructs us: < 17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. >

To do all things in the Name of the LORD JESUS, we must be a creative construct in the fullness of JESUS CHRIST. This progressive construct is in the substance (Gk: hupostasis) and witness (Gk: marturia) of YESHUA MASHIAH [Eph 2:10; 2 Cor 5:17-18a].

And, this progressive construct flows out of all that the FATHER has predestined in the fullness of YESHUA: < 16 For of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace. > [John 1:16, NASB; see also Col 1:17-20; John 16:15]

YESHUA’s fullness is meant to be manifested in our inward parts of spirit, heart and soul [our inward parts of spirit, soul and heart being identified in Heb 4:12] – the Mystery of CHRIST revealed [progressively] in our inward parts [see Col 1:26-28].

As discussed previously, one of the building blocks of the construct of our inward parts, is in our new born spirit being [being progressively] configured in the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST [1 Cor 15:45 + Phil 1:19c] so that we actualize the capacity to do all things: (1) through CHRIST who strengthens us [see Phil 4:13, NKJV]; and, (ii) by CHRIST JESUS [see Phil 4:19, NKJV].

Another building block of the construct of our inward parts, in the fullness of JESUS CHRIST, is the construct of a circumcised, heart of flesh in us [Eze 36:25; 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; Deut 30:6; Rom 2:28-29; Col 2:11]. The construct of a heart of flesh is of the substance of YESHUA’s fullness that forms the New Covenant [Isa 49:8b] in the tablets of our heart [Jer 31:33-34]. This New Covenant construct makes us Epistles of CHRIST [2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; Ex 32:16]. We have discussed this in earlier articles.

The third building block involves the re-engineering of our soul – our mind, our will, our emotions, [in the composite expression of] our nature, our character and our personality – in the image of JESUS CHRIST [Rom 8:29]. The fruit of the HOLY SPIRIT give functional expression to the HOLY SPIRIT’s re-engineering of our soul in the image [progressively reflecting the nature, character and personality] of JESUS the MESSIAH in fulfillment of the Law [Gal 5:22-23].

The re-engineering of our soul, which is the actualization of our new man in the image of MESSIAH, flows out of the renewal of the spirit our mind:

  • Proverbs 23:7a [YLT] reads: < 7 For as he hath thought in his soul, so is he … >
  • Ephesians 4:20-24 [NASB] reads: < 20 But you did not learn Christ in this way, 21 if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught in Him, just as truth is in Jesus, 22 that, in reference to your former manner of life, you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the lusts of deceit, 23 and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind, 24 and put on the new self, which in the likeness of* God has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth. > [*I have deleted the translator inserts to give clarity to this verse.]
  • Romans 12:2 [NASB] reads: < 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. >

These Scriptures point to the fact that if our thinking changes, we will be changed – be transformed [Gk: “metamorphoo”].

We will be transformed into what the FATHER has predestined [“which in GOD has been created”] in the kind intentions of His will!

Our thinking is changed as the spirit of our mind is renewed [see Eph 4:23; Rom 12:2]. The spirit of our mind is renewed by the life-giving Spirit of YESHUA [being energized by the HOLY SPIRIT into our soul, beginning in our mind and, from the mind into our will and emotions]. Prayer by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS [Romans 8:2] enables renewal and regeneration.

[Note: Please understand that what is pursued in prayer must be (progressively and continually) verified in the reality of our thoughts, words, deeds and relationships. It is in our living that our personal prayer life is proven.]

Titus 3:5 declares: < 5 He [YESHUA] saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing [see also Eph 5:26-27] of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit >.

This washing of renewal [the old being made new] and regeneration [the dead being brought to life] is through the Rhema Word [Eph 5:25-27] of YESHUA’s power [Heb 1:3b; Eph 3:20b] energized by the HOLY SPIRIT in the Amen of YESHUA’s faithful and true Witness – of Spirit, Water and Blood – resident within us [Rev 3:14b + 1 John 5:10a, 8, NKJV; Rom 8:2].

The end product of this renewal and regeneration of the mind is the mind of CHRIST [1 Cor 2:16].

The mind of MESSIAH is the product of the HOLY SPIRIT’s ministry [John 16:14].

The growing mind of MESSIAH gives growing expression to the fruit of the HOLY SPIRIT as our will and emotions are progressively re-engineered by the HOLY SPIRIT, through the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST [1 Cor 15:45 + Phil 4:13c].

The fruit of the HOLY SPIRIT expresses our soul [re-engineered through renewal and regeneration] in the image of CHRIST JESUS [Eph 2:10; Rom 8:29].

Now we can understand how all of our inward man – in spirit, soul and heart – is meant to be creatively re-engineered in the fullness of JESUS CHRIST [John 1:16 + 2 Cor 4:16]! Amen [Rev 3:14b].

In summary:

  • Our spirit is configured in the life-giving Spirit of YESHUA MASHIAH [see 1 Cor 15:45 + Phil 1:19c].
  • Our heart is developed as a heart of flesh, as the Word becomes flesh in us as we receive and actualize the Word, by the HOLY SPIRIT, in the Testimony of JESUS, in fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets. In our heart of flesh we find progressive expression of ourselves as Epistles of CHRIST [see 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV].
  • Our soul is re-engineered as our mind is renewed, transforming our will and emotions so that we stand in the image of YESHUA MASHIAH [see Rom 8:29] – in actualities of His Nature, Character and Personality being perfected and completed in us by the HOLY SPIRIT.
  • Our spirit, heart and soul created and re-engineered in the fullness of JESUS CHRIST is eternal and everlasting and transcends physical death [see Heb 12:23; 2 Cor 4:16]. Our outer man dies but our inward man will actualize our abode with CHRIST JESUS in the Mount of the LORD (Mount Zion)! Amen.

Getting To Grips With The Fullness Of JESUS CHRIST (Part 10)

In Part 9, we made the statement that “operating the gift mix out of our spirit is flawed function”.

Undoubtedly, all spiritual function involves our spirit; but, our spirit must [be objectively focused to] receive and develop all function [in and] through the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST [1 Cor 15:45 + Phil 1:19c]:

  • Hence, the declaration [in Philippians 4:13, KJV] that we can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens us
  • Hence the declaration [in Colossians 1:26-27] that CHRIST in us is the hope of glory
  • Hence the declaration [in Revelation 21:9-11] that the Bride of the LAMB will have the glory of GOD
  • Hence the declaration [in Colossians 1:28, 26-28] that every man is to come forth perfect in CHRIST JESUS [KJV] fulfilling the demand of the Law of CHRIST [in Matthew 5:48]: “be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.”

YESHUA remains the Way, the Truth and the Life – absolutely [see John 14:6]. The life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST is the Spirit of Prophecy [see Rev 19:10c].

Given all that YESHUA declares in Matthew 7:21-23, about the failing away of some very gifted ministers, we need to understand the root cause of the ‘lawlessness’ that the LORD points to, in verse 23, in declaring: “I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!”

This practice of lawlessness comes about by us persistently doing ‘our own thing’, using our spirit to operate our gift-mix, to fulfill our carnal desires and agendas.

The life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST stands in the fulfillment of the Law [Matt 5:17-18; Rom 1:3-4; Col 1:28-29]; and, opens us to the promises [in the Prophets] that flow [in progressive fulfillment] as a consequence of the fulfillment of the Law [2 Cor 1:20; Col 3:17; John 14:12-15; 15:7-10; 16:23-27].

The life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST – progressively – enables us to function [to live] in accordance with the demands of the Law of CHRIST. The capacity of function [of living] – by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS – is carried in the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST.

We actualize the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST by prayer; by praying in the understanding [see Heb 1:3b; Prov 9:10b] of the Word of GOD, in the context of the Testimony of JESUS [Luke 24:44-45; Matt 5:17-18; 2 Cor 1:20; Rev 19:10c].

The true understanding of the Word of GOD unveils in an intimacy with the Holy One, MASHIAH YESHUA [see Prov 9:10b].

This true understanding unveiled in an intimacy is entirely a construct of the Spirit and Life of JESUS CHRIST [see John 6:63].

We pray in the SPIRIT to energize the contents of the Word of GOD, in the Spirit and Life of YESHUA [this is what the HOLY SPIRIT does with the Word – John 6:63], appropriating [actualizing] the realities of everything definitive and functional in the Word [for example: righteousness, holiness, obedience, love, faith, wisdom, knowledge, understanding, character, nature etc.] in, from and through the Spirit of JESUS CHRIST!

While pursuing the realities of the Word of GOD in prayer, we must put into practice the realities of the Word in every function of our being in thought, word, deed and relationship.

[Understand that the Spirit and Life of YESHUA communicate the fabric of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST – into us and through us!]

Prayer energizes the (Logos) Word of GOD – by the HOLY SPIRIT – into Rhema [or, into quickened, energized] realities that become operational [functional] in the fabric of the Witness [1 John 5:10a] – in us, in Spirit, Water and Blood [1 John 5:8].

[By this we put on CHRIST: progressively actualizing the fulfillment of the Law in our being; progressively actualizing capacities to do all things through CHRIST who strengthens us; progressively actualizing the promises of GOD opened to us by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS; progressively actualizing the ‘fatness’ of the inward anointing [Isa 10:27, KJV+NASB; 1 John 2:20,27].]

The Witness in us – as the Logos Word of the Cross [see 1 Cor 1:18; Eph 3:20c] – is energized, by the HOLY SPIRIT, in the power that works within us. Now we are in a position to function by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS, in thought, word, deed and relationship – in our personal, social, work place and ministry functions.

We can now understand that every one of us who is born again has the inherent capacity to be fully functional in GOD – by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS – in conscious, sub-conscious and unconscious terms. This is the Amen of YESHUA’s Witness [Rev 3:14b] alive and operational in our inward parts by the HOLY SPIRIT [John 16:14b] – in Spirit, Water and Blood [1 John 5:10a+8].

We need to understand that we must move towards doing all things in MASHIAH YESHUA. For this purpose the HOLY SPIRIT indwells us. To facilitate this entire operating reality within us, YESHUA went to the Cross, to manifest the Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Beginning of the Creation of GOD – in Spirit, Water and Blood, in us!

This is the inward reality through which we operate our gift mix. The finished work of the Cross is not ‘history’ but, is the ever present [operating] reality of all that YHWH has provided in the only begotten SON [John 3:16; Gen 22:14] by Witness opened in our inward parts [1 John 5:10a, 7-8, NKJV; 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV] by the HOLY SPIRIT[Romans 8:2].

The Amen of YESHUA’s Witness [see Revelation 3:14b] progressively unveils us – by the HOLY SPIRIT – as a people being perfected and completed; being made perfect as our heavenly FATHER is perfect [see Matt 5:48; Heb 12:23c; Col 1:28, KJV]. Amen!

We are a people whose spirits are being made perfect [see Heb 12:23c] as our spirits are configured in the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST.

It is function in the life-giving Spirit of YESHUA that destroys the poisoned waters of lawlessness that permeates the fabric of human reality, in sin, sickness, disease, iniquity, transgression, decay and death.

In functioning in the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST, our inward parts are clothed with the ‘fatness’ (the inward anointing) of the Spirit of MESSIAH to fulfill the Peace Offering [see Lev 3:3-5; 23:16-19; Isa 10:27 (NASB+NKJV)].

Intimacy with YESHUA through the ‘fatness’ of His Spirit is missing from those mentioned in Matthew 7:21-23!

The result was lawlessness, the ‘prophetic’ ingredient of the spirit of the anti-CHRIST, the spirit of lawlessness, the ‘prophetic’ ingredient of the apostasy that is in our midst [see 2 Thess 2:7-14].
