Getting To Grips With The Fullness Of JESUS CHRIST (Part 9)

We have [in Part 8 of this series] introduced the fact that actualizing the fullness of JESUS CHRIST [see John 1:16, KJV+NKJV+NASB] involves our spirit being configured in the Spirit of JESUS CHRIST. So that, all things [functionally] – in thought, word, deed and relationship – will be defined, enabled and empowered in CHRIST JESUS, by the HOLY SPIRIT [see Rom 8:2; John 16:14].

We are defined [for all things (see Phil 4:13)] as CHRIST is formed in us [see Gal 4:19; 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV].

The enabling [to do all things] is expressed in the specifics of the inward anointing revealed and developed by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS, as we are perfected and completed in the life-giving Spirit of MASHIAH YESHUA [1 Cor 15:45+Phil 1:19c].

We are perfected and completed [enabled] in functions of thought [Prov 23:7; Eph 4:22-24], word and deed [Col 3:17], and relationship [John 17:20-22]. We are perfected and completed by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS [Rom 8:2] as we actualize freedom from the Law of Sin and Death.

The empowering [to actually function] is in the power that works within us [Eph 3:20], in the release {by the HOLY SPIRIT) of the ‘power factor’ [Rom 1:3-4] inherent to the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST.

The actuality of being defined [as CHRIST is formed in us], enabled [via the inward anointing] and, empowered [via resurrection power] – in MASHIAH YESHUA – is part and parcel of the revelation of the Mystery of CHRIST to our inward parts [see Col 1:26-27; Eph 3:3-4, 7-11; 2 Cor 4:6-7].

This defining, enabling and empowering is actualized in prayer [Eph 1:17-19] by the SPIRIT, through the Word of GOD understood in the Testimony of YESHUA [Prov 9:10c; Rom 8:2]. The Testimony of YESHUA [His Words communicated in His Spirit and Life – John 6:63] is the conduit through which the Mystery of CHRISTisworked [and communicated] into our inwardparts [Luke 24:44-45].

The Logos Word in the Testimony of YESHUA [what YESHUA calls ‘My (Logos) Words’ in Luke 21:33] and the Rhema Word in the Testimony of YESHUA [what YESHUA Calls ‘My (Rhema) Words’ in John 6:63] communicate the Spirit and Life of YESHUA into our being, by the HOLY SPIRIT – creating us as Epistles of MASHIAH [see Eph 2:10; 2 Cor 5:17-18a, NASB] with functional capacities in CHRIST.

We are peculiar Epistles of CHRIST: defined in Logos terms and, enabled to operate in Rhema terms by the HOLY SPIRIT. And, the revelation of the Mystery of CHRIST progressively unfolds us as (growing) Epistles of CHRIST, who are Ministers of CHRIST [1 Cor 4:1] and Ministers of the New Covenant [2 Cor 3:6, NKJV].

All this unfolds in a prophetic growth continuum that unfolds us as Morning Stars [2 Peter 1:19]. In this prophetic growth continuum, we actualize the fullness of the Bright Morning Star, as YESHUA becomes our BELOVED in the Root of David [growing in us]; and, as we become the fruit of the BELOVED, the fruit of His Body, as [we grow as] the Offspring of David [Rev 22:16; Ps 132:11].

This inward creative formation in CHRIST JESUS is the necessary fabric of function and reality that governs the 5-fold ministry and, the body ministries; which, involve the operation of the gift-mix that YHWH is developing in our inward parts [see James 1:17-18; 1 Peter 4:10-11].

We must clearly understand that YESHUA is absolutely the Way, the Truth and the Life [John 14:6]. We must also clearly understand that the Light of the World is absolutely of YESHUA [John 8:12]. And, we must clearly understand that the spiritual DNA that ensures this outcome is absolutely of the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST.

[Operating the gift mix out of our spirit is flawed function operating out of the tree of good and evil!]

[And, all this flows from the fact that the fullness of YESHUA is to fill all-in-all and fill all things (see Eph 1:23; Eph 4:10); and, the fact that: He is before all things and, in Him all things hold together (Col 1:17, NASB) and by Him all things consist (Col 1:17, KJV)!]

This is why the life-giving Spirit of YESHUA is exclusively the Spirit of Prophecy, the basis of all of our potential through the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets [see Matt 5:17-18; 2 Cor 1:20; Rom 3:21-22, KJV] – through faith in YESHUA MASHIAH, that actualizes the faith of YESHUA, through the substance of His fullness [which defines true function] in our inward parts [John 1:16, KJV+NKJV+NASB].

Galatians 2:16 [KJV] expresses this [reality of a faith exchange] with clarity: < 16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ [see also John 1:16; 16:14], even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. >

[For a fuller discussion on the faith of YESHUA, please download a free copy of my book: “Having the Faith of GOD” from our website: www.thetabernacleschool.com.]

The faith of YESHUA is the faith that He personally authors and perfects (and finishes) into our hearts [see Heb 12:2a] even as HE mediates the New Covenant into the tablets of our heart [Heb 9:15a], as He responds to us as the Apostle and High Priest of our confession [see Heb 3:1]. Hence our potential to do all things through CHRIST who strengthens us [see Phil 4:13] as His life-giving Spirit is perfected and completed into the fabric of our being. Amen [Rev 3:14b].

Getting To Grips With The Fullness Of JESUS CHRIST (Part 8)

Of His Fullness we have all received – grace upon grace [John 1:16, KJV+NKJV+NASB].

YHWH has predestined the provision of the fullness of MASHIAH YESHUA in each one of our lives.

The actualization of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST is in substance [the substance of YESHUA, which defines us uniquely in MASHIAH YESHUA] and witness [the witness of YESHUA, which opens the functional realities and capacities of MASHIAH YESHUA in us].

In the substance and witness of JESUS CHRIST perfected and completed into us by the HOLY SPIRIT [John 16:14-15] we meet the demands of the Law and, we are positioned to actualize the Prophets vis a vis the promises of YHWH [2 Cor 1:20].

The fullness of JESUS CHRIST is developed in our [inward parts of] spirit, heart and soul [Heb 4:12]. In this segment we will speak of the development of our [new born] spirit.

Our spirit is developed through the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST.

YESHUA’s Words communicate His Spirit and Life into us [John 6:63]. YESHUA’s Words communicate His Testimony. We should understand all of the Scriptures through the Testimony of JESUS. And, this is because the Scriptures open in fulfillment in the Testimony of YESHUA (Luke 24:44-45; Heb 1:3b; Jer 1:11-12; Matt 5:17).

We can understand the reality of the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST as a living expression of the Spirit and Life of YESHUA. The Spirit and Life of YESHUA is the essential medium through which the eternal Word is communicated (see Luke 21:33).

We can understand the composite expression of the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST by combining two verses:

  • 1 Corinthians 15:45 [NASB] declares that: < 45 … “The first man, Adam, became a living soul.” The last Adam [JESUS CHRIST] became a life-giving spirit. >
  • Philippians 1:19c [KJV] speaks of: < the supply [NASB: provision] of the Spirit of Jesus Christ >
  • The life-giving Spirit [mentioned in 1 Corinthians 15:45] is the Spirit of JESUS CHRIST [mentioned in Philippians 1:19] that equips us for life in accordance with the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets.

The life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST is also described [in Romans 1:3-4, KJV+NKJV+NASB] as: < the Spirit of holiness >.

The Spirit of Holiness fulfills the Law and positions us to actualize every promise that YHWH has given us in MASHIAH YESHUA [2 Cor 1:20].

In Romans 1:4 [NASB] we are told that JESUS CHRIST: < 4 … was declared the Son of God with power by the resurrection from the dead, according to the Spirit of holiness … >.

Resurrection power [that empowers and enables new life within the inward fabric of our being in spirit, heart and soul (see 2 Cor 4:16)] is invested in the life-giving Spirit of MASHIAH YESHUA; and, this is why the Spirit of JESUS CHRIST is ‘life giving’, as the Spirit of Holiness [see Isa 11:2c+2 Cor 7:1]!

The resurrection gives us a new life-form in and by and through the Testimony of JESUS [see Rev 19:10c; 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV]. It follows that the life-giving Spirit of YESHUA MASHIAH is the Spirit of Prophecy.

The Spirit of YESHUA MASHIAH is the ‘spiritual DNA’ for the fulfillment of all of YHWH’s promises in Scripture in and through the Body of MASHIAH [see 2 Cor 1:20; John 6:63; Heb 1:3b].

The ‘spiritual DNA’ that is the Spirit of JESUS CHRIST is the exclusive basis of Jew and Gentile becoming one new man in YESHUA [see Eph 2:10-22].

In addition to the Spirit of JESUS CHRIST being the Spirit of Prophecy, it is also the Spirit of Adoption since it is the Spirit of the SON [see John 19:30].

We see this from two verses:

  • Romans 8:15 [NASB] declares: < 15 For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!” >
  • Galatians 4:6 [NASB] declares: < 6 Because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” >

The Spirit of JESUS CHRIST defines our every capacity of function in CHRIST JESUS, by the HOLY SPIRIT [in accordance with Romans 8:2]. In the Spirit of JESUS CHRIST the Law of Sin and Death is destroyed.

We are revealed as sons of GOD as the Spirit of JESUS CHRIST, the Spirit of the SON, is perfected and completed in us by the HOLY SPIRIT [John 16:14; 1:16-18].

[We can actualize the Spirit and Life of YESHUA in our inward parts when we understand and pray the Word, by the SPIRIT, in the Testimony of JESUS. Tongues are a powerful tool in actualizing this reality that is prophetically addressed as the Mystery of CHRIST (see 1 Cor 14:2; Col 1:26-28; Heb 1:3b; Eph 3:20).]

YESHUA MASHIAH came to manifest perfect capacities of function by the HOLY SPIRIT, in fulfilling His position as True Man, so that through MASHIAH YESHUA’s Spirit we will each be [definitively] enabled to function by the HOLY SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS; and, progressively actualize – through the Spirit of JESUS CHRIST – the reality of having been set free from the Law of Sin and Death [see Romans 8:2].

The life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST is the inward anointing that defines us each as Epistles of CHRIST, disciples of JESUS CHRIST in fully functional terms. Through the inward anointing we are enabled and empowered to do all things through CHRIST who strengthens us in the fabric of His life-giving Spirit.

The life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST communicates resurrection power as an inward anointing that progressively [and definitively] enables our every function in thought, word and deed [including the gifts of the HOLY SPIRIT and the 5-fold ministry gifts and their derivatives in the Body], in CHRIST JESUS, by the HOLY SPIRIT.

This is why we can do all things through CHRIST, who strengthens us [see Phil 4:13].

So we see that resurrection power potentially flows into every reality of function in our being as the inward anointing that is the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST, is perfected and completed into the fabric of our inward man!

It is the Spirit of JESUS CHRIST that is the ‘one Spirit’ that connects [and joins us] each [the diversity of individuals in the Body of CHRIST] with the LORD who is the SPIRIT [1 Cor 6:17+2 Cor 3:17-18, NASB/NKJV].

The Spirit of JESUS CHRIST is the inward anointing through which we are functionally and definitively connected with the HOLY SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS [see Romans 8:2].

Through the functional DNA of the Spirit of JESUS CHRIST we grow to operate our gift mix, in CHRIST JESUS, by the HOLY SPIRIT, to fulfill the FATHER’s will.

Functioning by the HOLY SPIRIT can’t be merely experiential through the ‘lawless’ use of our own spirit [see Matt 7:21-23]. JESUS CHRIST functioned by the HOLY SPIRIT – perfectly and completely [see John 5:19, 30] in fulfillment of the Law.

And, this witness of perfect and complete function in GOD is coded into the life-giving Spirit of JESUS CHRIST, so that we all can do all things through CHRIST JESUS, in the same manner [in the same Spirit] as YESHUA did in fulfillment of the Law! Amen [Rev 3:14b]!

Getting To Grips With The Fullness Of JESUS CHRIST (Part 7)

We have established that we have an inward operating system that arises out of our heart, in the fullness of JESUS CHRIST [defined in His substance and witness] manifested into a heart of flesh [see 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; Eze 36:26].

And, this progressive fulfillment is in accordance to the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets [see Ex 25:16; 31:16; 32:15-16; Eze 36:25-27; 2 Cor 3:3; Jer 31:31-34; 2 Cor 3:6, NKJV] in the Witness [as Rhema – John 6:63] and Testimony [as Logos – Luke 21:33] of YESHUA [see Matt 5:17-18].

What is developed in us in a progressive fulfillment, is a Witness of the Word [Romans 3:21], the faithful and true Witness of JESUS CHRIST [see Rev 3:14b] that stands in our mouth and in our heart [see Deut 30:14-15] through a new birth [see Eze 36:25-27], opened in us by the HOLY SPIRIT [John 3:8c] in the seed of MESSIAH [see Gal 3:6; 1 Peter 1:23], in the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets [see Matt 5:17; Luke 24:44-45; 1 John 5:10a, NKJV].

This inward witness is able to receive the Word from GOD and, this witness is also able to functionally transmit the Word of GOD [see Jer 1:11-12; Heb 1:3b; 3:1; 10:19-20, NKJV].

[I have written a book entitled “Biblical Spirituality” to explain the workings of the inward man. This book is available free from our website: www.thetabernacleschool.com]

We are speaking of the Word that is understood – received and actualized in a living evidence – in the Testimony of JESUS [see Rev 19:10c], in the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets [see Rom 3:21-23; Matt 5:17; Luke 24:44-45]. This is an understanding that knows YESHUA [Proverbs 9:10c; Heb 11:3a] a progressive revelation from the FATHER’s Heart.

This is the Rhema Word [the faithful and true Witness – Rev 3:14b] that the LORD JESUS upholds for fulfillment in the FATHER’s Will [see Heb 1:3b; John 5:19-20; 14:13].

Our mouth speaks out of the abundance of our heart [see Luke 6:45].

With our mouth: we can ask, we can seek and, we can knock at GOD’s Heart – in prayer and in ministry.

And, with our mouth we can: prophecy, declare, decree, teach, evangelize, counsel, preach, pull down strongholds, uproot the root of the lie, destroy fortresses, sow the seed of the Word, build-up disciples of JESUS CHRIST, operate the vocal, the revelatory and the power gifts etc.

In the Witness – in Spirit, Water and Blood [see 1 John 5:8, 10a] – we do all of these things in the prophetic actuality [of what is fulfilled because] of the finished work of the cross.

And, it is written that GOD will give us exceedingly abundantly beyond all that we ask or think according to the power that works within us [see Eph 3:20]. The power that works within us: stands in a Witness [which is the evidence of faith] in Spirit, Water and Blood; which is the Rhema Witness of the Logos Word of the Cross [see John 19:30, 34; 1 John 5:10a, 8, NKJV; 1 Cor 1:18, NASB].

This Witness in Spirit, Water and Blood, positions us in GOD [see 1 John 5:7, NKJV; Revelation 3:14b; Psalm 91:1; 24:3-4; 15:1-2; Gen 22:14] in the merits of the LAMB, through the veil of His Flesh formed in a growing [increasingly circumcised] heart of flesh within us [see 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; Heb 10:19-20, NKJV].

This is the new and living way – opened in Blood Covenant – that operates through the veil of His flesh, opened in a circumcised heart of His flesh [that actualizes the Davidic Covenant in the BELOVED] within us.

This a Witness that develops through a heart of (His) flesh circumcised by the HOLY SPIRIT, in an intimacy that loves YHWH, by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS, in the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets [see Deut 30:6, 8; Jer 32:38-40; Eze 11:19-20; 2 Cor 3:3-6, NKJV; 2 Cor 4:6-7, NKJV].

The root of this Witness is the Root of David [see Rev 22:16]; that is, this Witness is rooted in YESHUA increasingly becoming our BELOVED [see 1 Cor 2:9-10, 7] our Husband.

And, as we increasingly operate in this Witness, we become the Offspring of David [see Rev 22:16; Psalm 132:11-12], the offspring of YESHUA’s love – actualized.

And, function in this Witness unveils the Key of David, that unlocks the evidence of all that stands in the Name of YESHUA as the BELOVED in our inward parts [see John 16:23-27].

All of our gifts, and the anointings that enable the operation of our gifts, must have: the Root of David; all of our gifts must be developed as we grow into becoming the Offspring of David; and, all of our gifts must progressively operate through the Key of David.

The Davidic Covenant is designed to be fulfilled in a Bride for the LAMB. This Bride will be a people after GOD’s Heart, who will [progressively] do all of GOD’s will [see Acts 13:22c].

Operating by the HOLY SPIRIT does not stand without checks and balances in our inward parts. We operate by the HOLY SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS [Rom 8:2] always, through a Witness in Spirit, Water and Blood [1 John 5:8, 10a, NKJV].

This is the Amen, the faithful and true Witness of YESHUA [Rev 3:14b] operating by the HOLY SPIRIT [John 14:16-18; 16:13-15], in members of His Body [Eph 4:13-16; 5:30-32, KJV]! Amen!

We can now understand that we are designed to be able to function by the HOLY SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS, in a Witness in Spirit, Water and Blood [1 John 5:8, NKJV], in order to actualize the freedom from the Law of Sin and Death that the FATHER has predestined for us [see Romans 8:2, 1-4] – from the Beginning [Rev 3:14b, NASB].

GBU! Be blessed to be a blessing.

Getting To Grips With The Fullness Of JESUS CHRIST (Part 6)

The actualization of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST in our inward parts [see Ephesians 2:10; John 1:16, KJV/NKJV/NASB] flows out of our understanding of the Word of GOD, through the Testimony of JESUS [see Revelation 19:10c; John 16:14-15; Colossians 1:19-20; Ephesians 1:23c; 4:10c].

[It is fascinating that Proverbs 9:10c defines understanding as knowing the Holy One. This knowing is of the substance and witness of YESHUA MASHIAH. All of our thinking [Proverbs 23:7] and function [Col 3:17] must flow in a living hope in JESUS CHRIST [1 John 3:3], that facilitates the substance of His fullness being manifested in our inward parts.]

We can understand the Scriptures in many ways; for example through Law and Principle and through the flow of history. And, these are certainly useful aids.

But, the prophetic design of Scripture, its intent and design of actual fulfillment [see Jeremiah 1:11-12], is exclusive to the Testimony of JESUS [see John 14:6; 6:48-51; Luke 24:44-45].

Scripture clearly declares that the Testimony of YESHUA is the Spirit of Prophecy [see Revelation 19:10c].

The Testimony of JESUS is YHWH’s Testimony – communicated in substance and witness [see Revelation 3:14b] – through the only begotten SON [see John 3:16; 14:6; 17:6, 26] “prophetically positioned” in the bosom of the FATHER [John 1:18, NKJV + NASB].

This prophetic communication in the substance and witness of JESUS CHRIST, which is the Testimony of JESUS, is a revealed reality actualized in our inward parts [see 2 Corinthians 4:16-18]. This actuality in our inward parts is of the substance and witness of YESHUA MASHIAH.

The Testimony of YESHUA is a “prophetic birthing” from the FATHER’s bosom [the depths of GOD – see 1 Cor 2:10], of all that the FATHER has predestined in the fullness of JESUS CHRIST [YESHUA MASHIAH]. See for example Col 1:17-20 and Eph 1:22-23.

The Testimony of YESHUA finds specific expression in a heart of flesh, as an Epistle of MESSIAH (CHRIST) uniquely engineered into us by the HOLY SPIRIT [see 2 Corinthians 3:3, NKJV].

We can understand the prophetic flow of Scripture that unfolds the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets [see Matthew 5:17-18], into us, in the formation of the Epistle of CHRIST – in us – in the following sequence of Scripture:

  • In Exodus 25:16, YHWH declares to Moses that He will give Moses His Testimony.
  • In Exodus 31:18, YHWH gives Moses the two tablets of the Testimony [the two tablets of GOD’s Testimony that prophetically symbolize the Law and the Prophets] written by the Finger of GOD.
  • Exodus 32:16, tells us that the two tablets were the work of GOD and, that the writing on the tablets were GOD’s writing.
  • 2 Corinthians 3:3 [NKJV] tells us that we are an Epistle of CHRIST, written not with ink, but with the SPIRIT of GOD; not on tablets of stone [which Moses received] but in hearts of flesh.
  • The manifestation of a heart of flesh in us was spoken of by the prophet Ezekiel [36:25-27]
  • This heart of flesh is of the substance of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST [John 1:16-17].
  • The heart of flesh created in the substance of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST is the foundational ministry of the HOLY SPIRIT [see John 16:14, 13-15] that specifically defines the disciple of JESUS CHRIST, as an Epistle of CHRIST [see 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV], as a minister of CHRIST [see 1 Cor 4:1, NKJV] and as a minister of the New Covenant [see 2 Cor 3:6, NKJV].
  • The heart of flesh created in the substance of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST is the definitive basis for discipleship, and all forms of ministry, the exclusive work of YHWH.
  • The substance of the fullness of YESHUA defines the man and woman of GOD, as vessels created in MASHIAH YESHUA, in the inward parts [see 2 Cor 4:16; 6-7, NKJV], the exclusive work of YHWH [see Eph 2:10].
  • The heart of flesh created out of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST is to be perfected and completed in a circumcision that is the work of the HOLY SPIRIT [see Rom 2:28-29; Deuteronomy 30:6, 8; Colossians 2:11; Philippians 3:2].
  • Out of a [progressively] circumcised heart of His flesh – uniquely, created in each one of us – grows a witness that operates, by the HOLY SPIRIT, in a true, full and perfected knowledge of JESUS CHRIST as LORD and BELOVED.
  • This witness is the Rhema Testimony of YESHUA alive in us in a Witness, faithful and true [see Rev 3:14b] that operates in Spirit, Water and Blood [see 1 John 5:10a, 8, NKJV] by the HOLY SPIRIT [see Romans 8:2].
  • In this witness we do all things, by the HOLY SPIRIT, in the Name of the LORD JESUS [see Col 3:17; John 14:12-14; 15:7-8, 16; 16:13-15, 23-27].
  • Doing all things by the HOLY SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS is the New Covenant Law of Life, that sets us free from the Law of Sin and Death [see Romans 8:2, 1-4; 3:21-23].

In the prophetic progression of becoming Epistles of CHRIST, in the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets, we progressively actualize [see Rev 3:14b, NASB]: “the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God” in our mouth and heart, so that we can be functioning instruments of the living GOD, in fulfillment of all that YHWH instructed Moses [in Deuteronomy 30:14-15].

This is the Rhema of the Logos Word of the Cross [see 1 Cor 1:18; Heb 1:3b; 3:1; 10:19-20, NKJV], the power of ADONAI working within us to give us exceedingly abundantly beyond all that we ask and think [see Ephesians 3:20].

In this prophetic progression we are being blessed to be a blessing. Amen [see Rev 3:14b, NASB]!

Getting To Grips With The Fullness Of JESUS CHRIST (Part 5)

The fullness of JESUS CHRIST [YESHUA MASHIAH] manifested – by the HOLY SPIRIT – in our inward parts, is the definitive basis for our growth and function in GOD.

And, this is so, given that:

  • The fullness of JESUS CHRIST defines the Body of MESSIAH [see John 1:16, NASB/NKJV/KJV]. And His Fullness is appointed to fill all in all. Ephesians 1:22-23 (NASB) reads: < 22 And He [the FATHER] put all things in subjection under His [YESHUA’s] feet, and gave Him [YESHUA] as head over all things to the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. > .
  • Colossians 1:19-20 [NASB] declares that: < 19 … it was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Him [YESHUA], 20 and through Him [YESHUA] to reconcile all things to Himself [the FATHER], having made peace through the blood of His [YESHUA’s] cross; through Him [YESHUA], I say, whether things on earth or things in heaven. >
  • All who believe have received the fullness of JESUS CHRIST [John 1:16, NASB; 3:16]
  • Colossians 1:17 [NASB] declares that: < 17 He [YESHUA] is before all things, and in Him [YESHUA] all things hold together. >

The manifestation of the fullness of CHRIST JESUS into our inward parts is a revelation birthed into us from the bosom of the FATHER [John 1:18, 16-18, NKJV] by the HOLY SPIRIT [see 1 Cor 2:10].

This revelation of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST, opened (birthed) and developed by the HOLY SPIRIT into our inward parts [John 16:14; 1 Corinthians 2:10], is the progressive actualization of the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets [Rom 3:21-22; Matt 5:17-18] from the fullness of JESUS CHRIST.

What is revealed of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST, is perfected and completed into our inward parts by the HOLY SPIRIT, as we choose to express the Testimony of JESUS in our thoughts, words, deeds and relationships, so that we are each created in JESUS CHRIST [Ephesians 2:10] in our inward parts of spirit, soul and heart [see 2 Cor 4:16].

The fullness of JESUS CHRIST revealed into us is the Mystery of CHRIST manifested into the Body of CHRIST.

The Mystery of CHRIST manifested, is CHRIST in us, the hope of glory [see Colossians 1:26-28, NKJV; 1 Corinthians 2:7].

The outcome of the revelation of the Mystery of CHRIST is that we unfold as Epistles of CHRIST [see 2 Corinthians 3:3, NKJV] who can operate as Ministers of CHRIST [see 1 Corinthians 4:1] and Ministers of the New Covenant [see 2 Corinthians 3:6].

The ultimate intent is that we will actualize all function in thought, word, deed and relationship – in and by and through the fullness of JESUS CHRIST.

The communication of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST into us is – in the substance [Greek: ‘hupostasis’] and witness [Greek: ‘marturia’] of JESUS CHRIST – worked into our inward parts, by the HOLY SPIRIT [John 16:14].

The substance and witness of JESUS CHRIST defines our call and our every function that expresses our calling.

Hebrews 11:1 (KJV) instructs us that: < 1 … faith is the substance [Greek: ‘hupostasis’] of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. >

We are called to set our hope on JESUS CHRIST – with perseverance and constancy [Romans 5:1-5]. When we set our hope on JESUS CHRIST, the substance of our hope will be of Him.

1 John 3:3 tells us that when we set our hope on JESUS we are purified as He is pure! And, this comes about because the substance of JESUS CHRIST – that manifests out of our hope in YESHUA – is pure and perfect [see Matt 5:48]!

Hope in CHRIST JESUS is the gateway for the substance of JESUS CHRIST taking form within us [see 2 Cor 3:3, 4:6-7, NKJV].

The substance of JESUS CHRIST unveils in the evidence of His Witness within us [1 John 5:10a, NKJV].

The witness within us [see 1 John 5:10a, NKJV] is the functional evidence of faith, which unfolds as the substance of our hope [which is faith], is perfected and completed into us by JESUS, the Author and Finisher of our faith [see Hebrews 12:2a].

The witness that unfolds from the substance of YESHUA’s Fullness is called “the Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Beginning of the Creation of GOD” [see Revelation 3:14b; Eph 2:10; 2 Cor 5:17].

This faithful and true Witness is expressed in Spirit, Water and Blood [see 1 John 5:10a, 8, NKJV]. This faithful and true Witness that operates in Spirit, Water and Blood [see John 19:30, 34] is alive in every born-again Christian.

Spirit, Water and Blood, is the [Rhema] Witness of the [Logos] Word of the Cross, the power of the risen CHRIST operating in our inward parts, by the HOLY SPIRIT [see Eph 3:20; 1 Cor 1:18, NASB] in a Witness in Spirit, Water and Blood [see 1 John 5:8, NKJV; John 19:30, 34].

Hebrews 1:3b tells us that the LORD JESUS upholds all things [for fulfillment in the FATHER’s will] by the Rhema Word of His Power. Ephesians 3:20 declares that GOD will give us exceedingly abundantly beyond all that we ask or think according to the [Rhema Word of YESHUA’s] power that works within us.

We can now understand that we have an operating system in our inward parts, defined exclusively in the fullness of CHRIST JESUS, that operates by the HOLY SPIRIT – to the FATHER’s glory.

The call of YESHUA in each one of our lives opens and develops in us, in this functional witness that is a living and growing actualization of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST.

In the witness being developed in us, we actualize the capacity to do all things in the Name of YESHUA [see John 14:12-14; 15:16], by the HOLY SPIRIT, in the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets [see Romans 8:2, 1-4; Matthew 5:17]. Amen! GBU.

Getting To Grips With The Fullness Of JESUS CHRIST (Part 4)

Praying the Word, by the HOLY SPIRIT, into our inward parts of spirit, soul and heart, is what facilitates revelation into our being. This is how we actualize change and transformation.

The Word prayed needs to be understood in the Testimony of JESUS; so that when we pray by the SPIRIT, we energize the Word in the Spirit and Life of YESHUA [see John 6:63].

The Word energized in the Spirit and Life of YESHUA reveals and manifests the fullness of JESUS CHRIST into us. This is the Mystery of CHRIST revealed: the formation of CHRIST in us the hope of glory (see Col 1:26-27; Matt 17:2; 2 Peter 1:19).

The LORD JESUS CHRIST, urges us to persistently ask, seek and knock to actualize GOD’s provision.

In Luke 11:5-13 [NASB], the LORD JESUS instructs us: < 5 Then He said to them, “Suppose one of you has a friend, and goes to him at midnight and says to him, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves; 6 for a friend of mine has come to me from a journey, and I have nothing to set before him’; 7 and from inside he answers and says, ‘Do not bother me; the door has already been shut and my children and I are in bed; I cannot get up and give you anything.8 “I tell you, even though he will not get up and give him anything because he is his friend, yet because of his persistence he will get up and give him as much as he needs.

9 “So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

10 “For everyone who asks, receives; and he who seeks, finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened.

11 “Now suppose one of you fathers is asked by his son for a fish; he will not give him a snake instead of a fish, will he? 12 “Or if he is asked for an egg, he will not give him a scorpion, will he?

13 “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?” >

Asking, seeking and knocking are some of the prophetic keys of personal prayer – that stand as functional elements of the Key of David – that unlock revelation knowledge to our inward parts, so that CHRIST is formed in us [see Gal 4:19; Col 1:28; Phil 4:13].

Revelation knowledge involves us actualizing the Word of GOD, in our inward parts, in the fabric of the Spirit and Life of JESUS. We are creatively defined in our inward parts, as we become Epistles of CHRIST [2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; 5:17; Eph 2:10] holding the wealth of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST [2 Cor 4:6-7, NKJV] in radiant hearts of flesh.

This is why we are prophetically addressed as Morning Stars (see 2 Peter 1:19).

1 Corinthians 2:9 [NASB] declares that revelation necessarily involves the desire to love the BELOVED: < “Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him.” >

The HOLY SPIRIT is the one who leads us through the Key of David (in its formation and development as YESHUA becomes our Beloved) into all truth, even searching the depths of GOD for us.

In John 16:13-15 [NASB], the LORD JESUS declares: < 13 “But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. 14 “He will glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and will disclose it to you. 15 “All things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I said that He takes of Mine and will disclose it to you.” >

In 1 Corinthians 2:7 [NASB], we are told that there is a wisdom predestined for our glory. Paul writes: < 7 … we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God predestined before the ages to our glory >.

And this wisdom opens into hearts as the HOLY SPIRIT searches the depths of GOD. 1 Corinthians 2:10 [NASB] reads: < for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God >.

And what does the HOLY SPIRIT search the depths of GOD for?

The HOLY SPIRIT searches the depths of GOD to actualize the treasures of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST – the only Begotten SON in the bosom of the FATHER [see John 1:18, KJV; see also John 16:14].

And, this is necessarily so because the LORD JESUS declares in John 16:15, that “all things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I said that He [the HOLY SPIRIT] takes of Mine and will disclose it to you.”

Scripture also tells us that the FATHER has predestined the fullness of JESUS CHRIST to fill all in all [see Eph 1:23].

Hence all that flows by the HOLY SPIRIT is necessarily of the fullness of CHRIST JESUS that the FATHER has ordained to fill “all in all” and “all things” [see Ephesians 1:23; 4:10]. This is the glory of YHWH’s grace opened to us in the BELOVED [see Eph 1:6, NASB].

Hence our callings and our gifting’s, if they are genuinely being operated in and by the HOLY SPIRIT, will always glorify the FATHER and the SON. As 1 John 2:22 [NASB] pointedly declares: < … this is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son >.

Always remember that we are blessed to be a blessing. GBU.

Getting To Grips With The Fullness Of JESUS CHRIST (Part 3)

The actualization of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST – in substance and witness – is what the revelation of JESUS CHRIST manifests in our heart [see Eph 1:17-19; 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV].

The revelation of JESUS CHRIST is the Mystery of CHRIST [see Col 1:26-28] to be manifested and developed in us – to accomplish the FATHER’s purpose.

The fullness of JESUS CHRIST – in substance and witness – specific to each one of us, creates and defines us as peculiar/unique Epistles of CHRIST [see 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; 4:6-7, NKJV; Eph 2:10; 2 Cor 5:17]

This is the heart of the prophetic Word that unveils and grows from being a lamp – opened in a new birth – into becoming a morning star in our hearts.

2 Peter 1:19 (NASB) reads: < 19 so we have the prophetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts. >

Beginning with the new birth all things from YHWH open to us by revelation.

  • In Deuteronomy 29:29 [NASB], YHWH declares: < 29 “The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our sons forever, that we may observe all the words of this law. >
  •  In Mark 4:22 [NASB], YESHUA MASHIAH declares: < 22 “For nothing is hidden, except to be revealed; nor has anything been secret, but that it would come to light. 23 “If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.” 24 And He was saying to them, “Take care what you listen to. By your standard of measure it will be measured to you; and more will be given you besides. >
  • In James 1:17 [NASB], the HOLY SPIRIT declares: < 17 Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow. >

The morning star in our hearts is the living and growing dynamic – in substance (Gk: hupostasis) and witness (Gk: marturia) – of the prophetic that expresses the fullness of JESUS CHRIST specific to our state of being, in fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets to accomplish the FATHER’s will.

In Revelation 22:16, YESHUA MASHIAH is prophetically addressed as the Bright Morning Star, the Root and Offspring of David.

Revelation 22:16 reads: < “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant (the offspring) of David, the bright morning star.” >

The substance and witness of JESUS CHRIST configured into our inward parts, by the HOLY SPIRIT, defines the specifics of our creation in JESUS CHRIST, in the FATHER’s will. The Specifics are entirely of the substance and witness of JESUS CHRIST (2 Cor 3:3, NKJV; Eph 2:10; 2 Cor 5:17).

As Morning Stars, being created in the substance and witness of JESUS CHRIST, we are prophetically established as descendants (or, offspring) of David [David meaning the well-Beloved] in the flesh of the LAMB fashioned into us (see Eph 5:30, KJV; 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV).

We are descendants of David [or, offspring of David] as the Root of David [the actuality of YESHUA as our BELOVED] takes form in us in substance and witness.

As the revelation of YESHUA as the BELOVED is configured [is perfected and completed] into us [by the HOLY SPIRIT – John 16:14] we become a people after YHWH’s Heart, who will do all of YHWH’s will, as we live in (Rom 8:2), by (Phil 4:19, NKJV) and through (1 John 4:9, NASB) CHRIST JESUS (Gal 4:19; Col 1:28).

Acts 13:22c (YLT) describes David prophetically as: < a man according to My [YHWH’s] heart, who shall do all My will. >

The ‘Morning Star’ is the testimonial [prophetic] reality that is to be developed in the fullness of JESUS CHRIST, in all who understand that they are Epistles of CHRIST, fashioned in hearts of flesh [see 2 Corinthians 3:3, NKJV] in fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets.

The sequence of Scripture flowing from Exodus 31:18 to Exodus 32:16 to 2 Corinthians 3:3, NKJV, explains this dynamic of the prophetic (in fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets) that is essential to every born-again Christian becoming a peculiar Epistle of CHRIST and an actual disciple of JESUS CHRIST.

The ‘Morning Star’ is the Testimony of JESUS developed in us as a specific Epistle of MESSIAH. The root of the Testimony of JESUS is called the Root of David. The living expression of the Testimony of JESUS is called the Offspring of David. And, the functional dynamic of the Testimony of JESUS is called the Key of David [as declared in Revelation 3:7].

The ‘David’ – YESHUA, as the BELOVED, revealed, perfected and completed – in us, in hearts of flesh, describes what we have actualized of YESHUA [as declared in John 1:16-17, NASB+KJV], in His fullness, that will express each one of us “as a man according to YHWH’s Heart, who will do YHWH’s will”.

As YESHUA ADONAI declared in John 16:14, this will come into being through the ministry of the HOLY SPIRIT: < 14 “He will [the HOLY SPIRIT] glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and will disclose it to you. >

Without ‘David’ being testimonially alive in us, we will be unable to operate our gift’s and callings in accordance with the demands of GOD’s Law [as we see Matthew 7:21-23].

As YESHUA ADONAI declared: < “I am the way, and the truth, and the life.” >

And, He must be our well-beloved in a Shabbat-Shalom opened in our inward parts!

Getting To Grips With The Fullness Of JESUS CHRIST (Part 2)

In Part 1, we ascertained that the fullness of JESUS CHRIST is meant to fill all in all. And the fullness of JESUS CHRIST is communicated through the Body of MESSIAH, the Church.

Two verses testify to this reality:

  • In Ephesians 1:23c (NKJV), the Body of CHRIST (MESSIAH) is described as “the fullness of Him (JESUS CHRIST) who fills all in all”.
  • John 1:16-17 (NASB) tells us that: <16 … of His fullness [the fullness of JESUS CHRIST] we have all received, and grace upon grace. 17 For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ. >

The actualization of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST is a revelation to our heart.

In this light, 2 Corinthians 3:3 (NKJV) reads: < 3 clearly you are an epistle of Christ … written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart. >

The revelation of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST is called the Mystery. And every member of the Body of CHRIST (MESSIAH) is called to be a participant in the revelation of the Mystery of CHRIST.

Colossians 1:26-29 (NKJV) reads: < 26 the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints27 To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. 28 Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. >

Understand that the Mystery hidden from past ages and generations is opened to the inward parts of the disciple of JESUS CHRIST.

Our inward parts are identified in Hebrews 4:12 as being our spirit, our soul and our heart.

We are reminded in 2 Corinthians 4:16 (NKJV) that: < 16 … we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. 17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, 18 while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. >

The fullness of YESHUA MASHIAH (JESUS CHRIST) that is to be revealed and developed in our inward parts is the essential and fundamental ministry of the HOLY SPIRIT who indwells us.

In John 16:14-15, YESHUA explains: < 14 “He will glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and will disclose it to you. 15 All things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I said that He takes of Mine and will disclose it to you. >

The Mystery that comprises the fullness of JESUS CHRIST involves “all things that the FATHER has”!

We need to pursue the fullness of Him that will make us a new creation that is of His fullness!

Ephesians 2:10 (NASB) reads: < For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them. >

2 Corinthians 5:17 (NASB) reads: < Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. >

John 1:16-17 (NASB) reads: < For of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace. For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ. >

2 Corinthians 2:6-7 (NKJV) reads: < For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. >

Prayer in an intimacy (see Eph 1:17-19), by the SPIRIT, through worship, is the Key of David that unlocks the treasure of the only begotten SON in the Bosom of the FATHER (see John 1:18;  1 Cor 2:10). GBU!

Getting To Grips With The Fullness Of JESUS CHRIST (Part 1)

In Ephesians 1:23c (NKJV), the Body of CHRIST (MESSIAH) is described as “the fullness of Him (JESUS CHRIST) who fills all in all”.

John 1:16-17 (NASB) tells us that: <16 … of His fullness [the fullness of JESUS CHRIST] we have all received, and grace upon grace. 17 For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ. >

From these two verses we can say that the fullness of JESUS CHRIST defines the Church as the Body of CHRIST. And we can say that the Body of MESSIAH exists to communicate the fullness of JESUS CHRIST – which is defined in the FATHER’s will – to fill “all in all”.

In Colossians 1:19-20 [NASB] we read that: <19 … it was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Him,20 and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, I say, whether things on earth or things in heaven. >

Here we are being told that the fullness of JESUS CHRIST has cosmic implications in being the exclusive basis to reconcile “all things … things on earth or things in heaven” to the FATHER.

In this light, Colossians 1:17 instructs us that: <17 He [JESUS CHRIST] is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. >

Salvation communicates the fullness of JESUS CHRIST into the Body of MESSIAH; and, salvation communicates the fullness of JESUS CHRIST – through the Body of MESSIAH – so that His fullness fills all in all!

What is the fullness of JESUS CHRIST?

Simplistically, the fullness of JESUS CHRIST involves His Status, His Nature, His Character, His Attributes, His Witness and, His functional and relational capacities with GOD and man.

The fullness of JESUS CHRIST is communicated as His Testimony.

The Testimony of JESUS is a communication of His Words in Logos Terms and in Rhema terms.

In Luke 21:33, YESHUA (JESUS) declares: < “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words (Gk: logos) will not pass away.” >

In John 6:63, YESHUA declares: < “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words (Gk: rhema) that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.” >

Revelation 19:10c pointedly declares that the Testimony of JESUS is the Spirit of Prophecy. It follows that the fullness of JESUS CHRIST is the Spirit of Prophecy. The fullness of JESUS CHRIST is the fundamental and necessary basis for the fulfillment of the Prophets.

The character and nature of JESUS CHRIST is the fabric of the Testimony of JESUS that fulfills the Law.

The fullness of JESUS CHRIST is the exclusive basis for the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets.

In Matthew 5:17 the LORD JESUS CHRIST declares: < 17 “Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill. >
