Receiving The Kingdom (Part 6)

“Receiving the Kingdom” is achieved through: (i) praying the Word of the Kingdom [see Matt 13:19a] – by the SPIRIT [tongues are a powerful tool for this purpose], in CHRIST JESUS – into the construct of our inward parts in the Spirit and Life of YESHUA [see John 6:63; 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV]; and, (ii) the walk of faith giving actual functional expression to the Word of the Kingdom in our lives and in our ministries [see Matt 13:16-17].

The Word of the Kingdom defines our state of being in the Kingdom of GOD; and, the Word of the Kingdom facilitates our living and functioning – in every aspect of life – in the Kingdom of GOD!

The Word of the Kingdom enables the entire fabric of our state of being and its every function in conscious, sub-conscious and unconscious terms to be resourced in and from the Kingdom of GOD. This is how we will need to function in the ‘near future’ in terms of our personal lives and in the operation of our ministries, as the systems of the world fail [see Isa 24:1-6, NASB].

The Kingdom of GOD is the spiritual framework for the application of all of GOD’s Word – by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS [see Rom 8:2]. GOD is SPIRIT and GOD expresses Himself in ‘spiritualities’ that operate in a Kingdom framework.

The application of the Word of GOD by the SPIRIT, in the fullness of CHRIST JESUS [see Rom 8:2, 1-4; 2 Cor 4:6-7, NKJV] gives functional expression to the Word of the Kingdom in and through the Witness of JESUS CHRIST in Spirit, Water and Blood [see 1 John 5:10a, 8, NKJV; John 19:30, 34].

[The ‘spiritualities’ carried by the Word of the Kingdom will impact our every function in thought, word, deed and relationship. These ‘spiritualities’ flowing in and out of a Kingdom framework will be entirely ‘supernatural’ unveiling the power of GOD.]

For this reason the nucleus of the Kingdom of GOD is called the Kingdom of the BELOVED SON” [see Col 1:13, NASB]; and the Kingdom of the BELOVED SON has the intent of unveiling “an administration suitable to the fullness of the times” concerned with “the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth” [see Eph 1:10b, NASB].

The Church, the Body of MASHIAH created out of the fullness of JESUS CHRIST [see Eph 1:22-23; 2:10; John 1:16, NASB/NKJV], defines the peculiar instruments of the Kingdom, the sons of GOD called forth in a Kingdom context as priests, prophets and kings.

Ephesians 1:5-6, 10 [NASB] declares: < 5 He predestined us to adoption [see also Gal 4:5-6] as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved10 with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. >

Colossians 1:16-20 [NASB] defines the essential reality of the BELOVED as follows: < 16 For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities — all things have been created through Him and for Him. 17 He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. 18 He is also head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything. 19 For it was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Him, 20 and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, I say, whether things on earth or things in heaven. >

From the above we can understand that the spiritual fabric of the Kingdom is of the fullness of the SON. And out of the ‘spiritualities’ that are invisible will manifest the visible that will impact every facet of reality in the natural.

Every member of the Body of MASHIAH – the Church – is given the fullness of JESUS CHRIST to develop in order to realize the capacity of being an instrument of the Kingdom. John 1:16-17 [NASB] declares: < 16 For of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace. 17 For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ. >

The Kingdom of GOD is within us and amongst us [see Luke 17:20-21, NKJV+NASB]. The Word of GOD stands in our mouth and in our heart [see Deut 30:14-15] in a faith authored and finished by YESHUA MASHIAH [see Heb 12:2a; Rom 10:10]. The faith authored and finished by YESHUA MASHIAH is of the substance [Gk: ‘hupostasis’] of His fullness [predestined to fill all-in-all – see Eph 1:22-23 – in terms of the visible and the invisible].

The Word of the Kingdom – communicated in the substance and witness of YESHUA MASHIAH – defines the spiritual fabric of the Kingdom of GOD. The Word of the Kingdom stands in the Word of GOD that is defined in us and, the Word of the Kingdom stands in the Word of GOD that is amongst us in a unity of the faith that is of the actual substance and witness of YESHUA MASHIAH.

The instruments of the Kingdom are defined through the substance and witness of YESHUA perfected and completed into the fabric of our being, by the HOLY SPIRIT [see John 16:14-15]. In the manifestation of the substance and witness of JESUS CHRIST into us by the HOLY SPIRIT, the Mystery of CHRIST finds its peculiar and specific application in each one of us [see Col 1:26-28].

The Word of the Kingdom is applied on the earth as the Body of CHRIST realizes its position as instruments of the Kingdom. We are priests (who connect with GOD in fully functional terms), prophets (having the Oracles of GOD in our mouth) and kings (invested with King’s Authority)]. The Word of the Kingdom defines each one of these functional roles in deeply and profoundly personal terms in the fabric of our being, created out of the fullness of YESHUA MASHIAH [see John 1:16-17, NKJV/NASB/KJV] and perfected and completed in His Image [see Rom 8:29-30].

The walk of faith pursues the outcome(s) of our prayer – actualizing the realities carried in the Word of the Kingdom which flow in and out of [see Jer 1:11-12, NASB] the many ‘facets’ of the Word of GOD: (i) The Word of the Cross [see 1 Cor 1:18; Eph 3:20; Heb 1:3b]; (ii) The Word of (YESHUA’s) Faith [see Heb 12:2a; Rom 10:8-10]; (iii) The Word of His Grace [see Acts 20:32; 2 Cor 12:9, NKJV+NASB]; (iv) The Word of Healing and Deliverance [see Ps 107:20]; (v) The Word of Reconciliation [see 2 Cor 5:18-19]; (vi) The Word of Life [see 1 John 1:1-3]; (vii) The Word of Righteousness [see Heb 5:13-14]; (viii) The Word of CHRIST [see Col 3:16]; (ix) The Word of His Power [see Heb 1:3b]; (x) The Word of the Oath [see Heb 7:28].

Actualizing the realities of the Kingdom [by substance and witness of YESHUA MASHIAH] – in our inward parts and in the expression of our every reality of thought, word, deed and relationship – is the evidence of our faith walk that will bring the evidence of the Kingdom of the BELOVED SON in our midst and, into our spheres of influence.

Our faith walk must stand in the framework of the Kingdom even as the people of GOD in the Old Testament stood in the context of Israel, which foreshadows the unveiling of the Kingdom of GOD in us and amongst us.

The spiritual heart of Israel was the Tabernacle and the spiritual heart of the Kingdom is the Body of MASHIAH, expressing the dwelling places of YHWH and communicating the Ark of YHWH – YESHUA MASHIAH – through the Witness of JESUS CHRIST, the Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Beginning of the Creation of GOD [see Rev 3:14b, NASB].

This evidence of the Kingdom unveils in substance [which defines the evidence of faith] and witness [which gives expression to the evidence of faith]. Given the fact that YESHUA is the Way, the Truth and the Life [see John 14:6; 10:9], it follows that the evidence of true Kingdom oriented faith is of the substance and witness [evidence] of YESHUA.

All true and abiding Kingdom function flows out of the substance and witness of YESHUA – in invisible and visible terms.

There is a realm of prayer that positions us behind the Veil in the Mount of the LORD (YHWH) so that we can actualize the reality of the Kingdom in our inward parts. Actualizing the Kingdom in our inward parts – in substance and witness – enables us to operate in the Kingdom in every aspect of our daily lives – communicating the invisible into the dynamic of the visible on the earth, potentially in every sphere of human endeavor.

Our thoughts and the articulation of our thoughts through words, deeds and relationships, position us either in the Domain of Darkness [see Jer 17:9] or in the Kingdom of GOD [see Heb 6:19; Matt 5:8].

Proverbs 23:7a [YLT] reads: < 7 For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. >

Ezekiel 36:26 tells us that there are two forms of faith [prophetically symbolized by the two trees in the Garden of Eden], one arising from a heart of stone that every one of us carries and another coming alive in a new heart of flesh being developed by YHWH from a new birth.

[In the new birth YHWH has given us a new heart and a new spirit so that we can actualize a faith form in substance and witness that is authored and finished by JESUS CHRIST (see Heb 12:2a).]

In Ezekiel 36:26, YHWH declares that He will remove the heart of stone and replace it with a heart of flesh. As long as we are in our earthly bodies we will have to contend between these two faith forms; one manifesting life in the flesh that revolves around a perishing world and, the other manifesting life in the Kingdom.

There is a battle we have to fight as overcomers, to ensure that we stand behind the veil [see Heb 6:19] in the Kingdom, in a faith authored and perfected by YESHUA.

Scripture instructs us that the heart of flesh is being progressively developed into an Epistle of CHRIST [see 2 Cor 3:3, NKJV]. This heart of flesh is of the substance and witness of YESHUA; hence the term “Epistle of CHRIST”. With this heart we operate in the Kingdom [see Matt 5:8; Ps 24:3-4; 15:1-2; Heb 12:22-24].

The Kingdom opens to us by revelation manifested in the substance [Gk: ‘hupostasis’] and witness [Gk: ‘maturia’] of JESUS CHRIST hardwired into our inward parts through prayer.

Prayer by the SPIRIT, in CHRIST JESUS, that pursues the formation of Blood Covenant in a heart of flesh, in fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets, will progressively enable us to stand behind the Veil in the Kingdom of GOD and, arise and operate in Mount Zion, where the Seat of the Government of the Kingdom stands. Amen!
